Horrible. Took 10 min to get a server. Beer tasted horrible but server was too busy to come check on us. Asked for a a manager after standing up front for several minutes without being looked at. No beer salt. Wings came our dryer than the sahara (both sauce and meat) and missing lemon pepper. Asked for extra sauce. Poured it all over wings before realizing it was ice cold sauce and chunky. Server was so sweet and looked overwhelmed meanwhile no manager is there to help the several things the server kept forgetting. So excited to bring my family here after having the best wings and instead got the worst wings ive ever eaten. Very very disappointed. Left hungry because my wings were too cold and dry to eat
We walked in and were greeted and told to sit anywhere that had a white sign on it. Ten minutes later a waitress asked for our drink requests, when I said we were ready to order she said we could order when she brought drinks. The food was awful. But we were asked 4 times if we wanted to go containers, that was the most attention we received. If she paid attention she should have asked if we enjoyed our meal, but no. We left and went to McDonald's.
Came here in Seguin, TX for the very first time in my life for training. I came out to eat at Rocket Wings, I can truly say it worth the visit. I RECOMMEND ANYONE COMING OR IN SEGUIN, TX TO VISIT ROCKET WINGS. THE FOOD IS FRESH AND HOT, CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT!!!!!
We had extreme rocket sauce wings and honey siracha. Both was great. The burgers were good too. Good cold beer.
If i could leave ZERO stars, I would. The only thing good here was the WAITER. Steak was paper thin. Queso was cold. Forgot to bring out our salad, Overall NOT a good visit.
The food was good and our waitress was nice. My reason for the 2 stars is...We waited for 45 minutes to get our food. During which time our server not one time came to ask if we needed anything or to update us as to what was going on.
The burger was pretty good not dry and juicy. The bacon was thick and tender.

3rd visit in the last 3 months and they’re always out of onion rings. do they ever have onion rings anymore? They make great burgers & fries but I didn’t want that today so I ordered the Chicken Fried Steak and so did two other people in my group and they were very disappointing, The Dixie Grille used to make a great Chicken Fried Steak, two steaks were overcooked but edible and one was burned and if it were mine I would have sent it back. Service was very slow but service is slow everywhere, it looked like they were understaffed, but our waitress was pleasant and kept a smile on her face and was doing her best so we didn’t send our orders back and I still tipped her my usual 25%, not her fault that they’re understaffed. We’ll be back because my wife loves their salads, I’ll just have to stick with their burgers & fries.
Ordered 2 Hamburgers. After paying for my meal and waiting over 25 minutes at the drive thur window, the young man came to the window and asked what I wanted. Told him I was still waiting on my order. He had a confused look on his face. He came back several minutes later with my order. Said it had gotten stuck behind something. When I got home, the burgers were cold and no condiments or anything thing else. Very disappointed.
