The pizza is your ordinary Pizza Hut. There's a pick-up window if you call ahead or order online. The folks there are good about having your pizza ready at the promised time. They do have seating if you want to dine in, but there's approximately zero atmosphere. It has a company cafeteria feel. Get the takeout. I won't go into details about the pizza, there's nothing different about this store compared to all of the others.
I ordered my pizza through the app was sent a confirmation that my order would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived right at 15 minutes as I was out running errands. When I arrived, I was told my order would be another 20 minutes cause it was still on the made table, if I understood the girl correctly. I was told I could wait and it would be brought out to me or I could come back (as if gas is cheap these days). I asked for a refund and was given a dirty look and the girl rolled her eyes. The manager was nice and definitely more of a pleasure to deal with.The reason for the 1 start review is because I've had this happen another time when I was given a time frame and when I arrived, I was told another time because my order wasn't in the oven yet.
So. Pepperoni lovers is supposed to be loaded with it I've gotten it a few times and I get more ordering a regular pep... Ad the sauce on the wings sad

Although, my experience with this PH location has been kinda all over the place, I am finally willing to recommend them to others. Businesses have to work to earn my review (good or bad). ? Sometimes wait is an hour or longer. They make things wrong and then have you pay again for the other one. They also hang up on people when it's too busy. I worked there and just left cause of the way they treated there customers. Their dishes are never completely clean always extra grease but ig thats a pizza place for you.
It was great however did they change the cook times ? It used to take about 30 minutes to make , now only 15 . The crust on the thin and crispy wasn't at all crispy . In my opinion the crust plays a crucial part in the overall taste of the pizza . It was great but disappointing.
Easy to order to my liking, pay online and pick up at store. Everything was correct. And tasty !
Just forgot my sause im not sure if i was charged afterall. i made my online order and put it on there for an extra charge and everything else was good....

We had ordered carry out. When we got home the pizza was kinda cold. Pizza was dry..not enough sauce. Breadsticks looked like they have been sitting there for awhile. The cinasticks were hard.
