This is what we got and we picked it up.
The food we got here was good and the employee who cooked it is a hard worker. However, this place needs more staffing. I'd say I got my food in a reasonable amount of time, but one person was running this whole store, she looked overworked, and even when the drive-through person showed up, they did not help out this worker. They just waited for their order from the cook to be finished, then picked up that pizza and left again. I did not know what it is like to work here, but I can't imagine the service or food quality ever being really great if those conditions don't change. My pizza specifically did not have a great balance of cheese across it. We pretty much threw away 1/5 of the pizza because it was really just sauce with bread and toppings.
AS I GAVE THE DRIVER WHAT I WAS SOON TO FIND OUT WAS FAR TOO SMALL OF A SUM I ASKED OF HIM WHERE HE HAD PARKED UPON NOTICING HIS VEHICLE WAS NOWHERE IN SIGHT AND THIS IS WHEN I LEARNED OF THE TRUTH.The man did not even call to tell me about the gate being locked.It is a Fifteen Minute Walk from my front gate to the cabin.Had he told me, I would have given him the combination beforehand but alas,The Man Actually Did This:Upon parking his vehicle to climb over my gate the delivery driver made a half hour long trek to deliver my order.I will actually not be able to forgive myself until I get a ride to town in order to leave an envelope of denominated content...EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH: ALL MONTHSEMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR: ALL YEARSFIFTY PERCENT RAISEMEDALSHONORSTHROW EVERY DANG THING YOU HAVE GOT TO GIVE AT THIS MAN(Also please call me the next time the postal service locks my gate ok thank you)
This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. They never get the pizza you order right to begin with. It’s been 4 or 5 deliveries we’ve had that were wrong and most of the time someone else’s order.. one time we even had to go pick our pizza up because they just forgot to deliver it. There employees also like to act like the general manager when they have unhappy customers calling in complaining about the inconvenience. They also like to hang up on you multiple times. I would not recommend buying pizza from this papa johns if it were the last pizza on earth..
Will never go to Papa Johns EVER again. I came in with a friend to pick up pizza and noticed two SICK looking people doing dough who didn't look at all pleased to be there. Was horrified and actually didn’t eat the pizza. Do Better papa johns..
Food arrived almost two hours late. My gluten free crust was soggy. The delivery driver was a breath of fresh air, and gets the rating for telling us to have a blessed day!
Hot food when you order pizza most of the time it taste really good but your most likely to receive cold cheese sticks and if you order a popadia its hit and miss somtimes its good and somtimes it bearly has topings

We called in an order for delivery on a Friday night at 7:30pm and were told it would be 45min to an hour. It had been an hour and a half since then so we called them back. They said it was on its way. We called back again a total of 2 hours since calling in the order and they said it has been done for a while but still hadn't left the store. They said they called it into door dash after we put the order in because they didn't have drivers (which was never told to us) but nobody had showed up to take the order out. We drove up to the restaurant after 2.5 hours to request our refund since they wouldn't do it over the phone. Terrible service, do not recommend for delivery under any circumstances.
Tried to call to complain also tried there feed back and live chat to no avail. so guess I will do it this way. Very disappointed over this. the whole order was wrong all 3 were supposed to be parmesan crust and were not. The meatball Papadis's were supposed to have light sauce/ extra meatballs / 3 cheese blend. They only had 3 half meatballs on each half a lot of sauce and really couldn't tell about the cheese. The Italian was supposed to have the light sauce/ extra 3 cheese blend/ peperoni and salami and no peppers it had very little cheese a lot of sauce and banana peppers.
