The coffee is great, but I go because the humans that work there are amazing! They see hundreds of people a week, but they manage to remember my drink when they see me! They’re always smiling and having a great time, and they all are just phenomenal!
I stop by to order drinks for my staff. The young lady there was very rude not even a smile we got. They forgot a drink and had to go back that's when the other young lady gave me the rude employees name. Her name was Abby. I will no longer buy here. I'll just take my business to Starbucks.
I usually love this location but the two dumb girls that were there may 12 didn't make eye contact, listen, or even care what I was ordering and even dropped my money without caring after I told her she did. While I was ordering the smaller girl was busy looking at her nails ? never once made eye contact. While I'm trying to say they dropped my change I was giving them so I can get a full dollar back instead she just kept laughing it off acting like she understood me but didn't care enough to actually listen! Worst service ever!! That's saying alot because I'm from Houston and I get bad service alot out there from different places. Smh.

I usually go to the one in New Braunfels (which has been extremely disappointing), but decided to try this location with my mom (her first time) because I had a free drink punch card. I let the girl know before ordering face to face and even reminded her I as I handed her my card to pay for my mom's drink. She gave us the drinks (not even full) and no receipt. Later I realized we were charged for both and she kept the free drink card. Aside from that, the iced coffee was lukewarm and had no flavor (was supposed to be an iced ripper). I have tried to give the place a chance several times, but at this point I'm finished with it.
Great coffee and lemonade. Plus really great muffin tops to eat with the beverages!!
This place is one of many but one of a kind. Coffee shops are everywhere and most people have their favorites. This one is mine. The service is fast, the workers friendly, and the coffee is good. If you don't like coffee, (shocking, but yes there are some), they have smoothies, tea, and a variety of energy drink flavors. It is awe inspiring to see your drink being expertly put together so quickly and efficiently. If you want to start your day off right, need a pick me up during the day, or just find yourself to be thirsty at some random time, I highly recommend coming here. It will satisfy your craving for a drink whether hot or cold and you are going to have the pleasure of interacting with some great servers.
