I understand all the good reviews now. Came in for breakfast and the place was packed. Some sweet woman was leaving and she let us have her table. The service was honestly so pleasant. All the staff we interacted with was genial and kind. Working in a restaurant that handles that kind of revolving capacity cannot be easy, yet they did so gracefully. The food was tasty. Like we make at home. Flavorful and NOT drowned in oil. Worth the price and the wait if you have to. Really comfortable atmosphere. I'm from the West Coast and used to a variety of restaurants with a good quality and this place doesn't disappoint. Try it. That Barbacoa was on point.
Great tacos! Guacamole needs to be seasoned but other than that it was I think better thank Lola's. Sorry Lola's! The salsa was da bomb!

I ordered two tacos one carne guisada with cheese and one potato and egg. The cashier so very rude when I told her I didn’t like the carne guisada taco, she said “well we’re still going to have to charge you for it” I took one bite, she asked me if I wanted something else and I was fine with that only because I thought that would be in place of that taco I didn’t like or eat. I ended up getting charged for 3 tacos when I only ate two. When I went to pay she was even more rude I told her I ate two tacos and said, “we’ll you ordered three and we made them so you have to pay for them”. If I wasn’t in a rush I would have argued with her and not paid for the carne guisada that I didn’t like or eat. I have worked in the restaurant setting for 7 years and that is not how you treat a customer when they do not like something on the menu and they did not eat it. All she could have done was taken the taco off and I would have been happy and tipped but no I will never be returning to this restaurant and will inform all my friends and colleagues for this rude experience.The potato egg and cheese taco I ate was not great either, it’s not real cheese. The salsa was not good either. Not at all authentic Mexican food as it says on the menu.
This is the hole-in-the-wall kinda place you're always trying to find!!Even the chips they bring out to start you off are made from scratch. I think everything is sooo fresh because there's a constant stream of traffic & nothing has time to get stale.If you don't live in Sequin (I'm about an hour & a half away), Noe's is worth your while to take a drive!Thanks to the beautiful, smiling wait staff ???
I love when I get the opportunity to order tacos from here! Their food is so good but we don’t go as often as we’d like due to the small location and small parking area. We have tried ordering ahead of time and then just run in to pick up order which has been at times hassle free! Hope they expand in the near future, we’d love to dine in someday. Favorite tacos are carne guisada & cheese, chicharrón,egg & cheese, the barbacoa is also so good!
Every visit we get hot and delicious tacos. The staff are friendly and will even go from car to car to take orders. It shows how much they care about their customers.
Absolutely delicious and the service could not have been better. Super friendly and fast, attentive service. Restaurant and restrooms were spotless. Highly recommend. We had chilaquiles plate, barbacoa plate and a couple of breakfast tacos. Chips and salsa were perfect.
I didn't like the way the sausage is premixed with the egg. You lose the taste of the sausage that way. The salsa was OK but not great. The corn tortillas are too thick IMO. No hairs in the food so that's an improvement over some of the other spots in town. I ordered rice instead of potatoes. Rice portion was real small but bean portion was huge. I'd give the food a 2 and the service a 5 so closer to 3.5 overall.
