So fed up with this McDonald’s every single time I ask for fresh cookies I get argued with and told they are when they are clearly not. I’ve worked at McDonald’s and go to multiple McDonald’s and ask for it. They all give me fresh but apparently this McDonald’s they rather reheat them argue with you . I’m done wasting my money here. It’s happened every single time. I’m driving to McDonald’s in town they are way better and that’s probably why they are always packed. Because apparently the people who work at the one on the highway can’t do their jobs. It’s ridiculous to have to keep driving back to get it fixed and they don’t I told them if you don’t want to make them fresh I’ll take a refund. And they say 5 minutes just to warm them up ridiculous.
We visited and I had to wait 30 minutes for my order. When I finally questioned why it was taking so long for my order. The manager said she was working on it. I said everything has been on the tray and its been sitting up there and they were working on all the other orders while I waited for 20 minutes after sitting down at a table for 10 minutes. My nephew went to ask them for tea while I was waiting and they never got the tea after an hour of being in McDonalds. We finally had to tell them to give us tea from the drive through beverage dispensers when we were leaving, because no one had replaced the tea. None of the tables were clean. I believe that because they are timed with the drive through, they were giving those orders out first. There was some lady who had a large family who ordered way after I did who got her order before I did. I am very unsatisfied with this location and the employees. My food was cold by the time I got it. For being a fast food establishment, it sure wasn't fast.
Today, 4-23-22, @ 10:30am. I was told by Lisa (Manager) this McDonalds does not give military discounts anymore. This was a surprise to me because I visited there the day before with no problem. I hope this is just a manager having a bad day because I live in Seguin and would hate to go the Burger King or Whatabuger up the street. TAKE CARE OF OUR MILITARY.
This McDonald’s on I 10 is also back open for takeout only, yippie! Also don’t forget to tip those awesome food delivery drivers, Who work hard to bring your McDonald’s to you, thank you
The menu clearly says 4 piece nuggets are on the everyday dollar menu. But the attendant will tell you that they do not have a way to ring this up. McDonalds; just update your menu if you aren’t going to keep this item available.No shade on the employees.
We have an RV and cannot use drive through. We were told at door lobby wasn't open. Then told to pull into a slip and use an app! Did I mention the RV??? We then went next door and had a great lunch.
It's all right. Employees are chill but more often times than not they get my order wrong or incomplete. Still. Ask for the receipt and check your bag. Four stars just cause it's a Micky D's.
The basics of fast food. We ordered some drinks and some cookies for the kids. The staff working there are young and rude; apathetic is a better word for it. We got the impression that we were a burden to the kids working in the store. Not a place I would visit again.
Have stopped here around 10 times around lunch. Out of those times coffee is fresh maybe 6 times. Today it was cold. Not hot, not warm, cold. After a 15 minute wait in drive through it’s the last straw for me
The skunk at the window charged us for ranch and buffalo sauce stating “sorry it’s policy” even though I was at that location yesterday and got free sauces. The worker wasn’t pleased she had to retrieve the sauces so she decided to charge me and make me fumble around my truck and search for 50 cents. She probably hoped I wouldn’t come up with the change so she’d get out of getting me sauce for my fries. Boo this place
