Very bad customer service at the drive through just because I didn’t give them the McDonald’s app discount code ahead of time like how hard is it to type in the coupon discount code at the register? I just didn’t appreciate the lady at the register getting upset and talking to me with a bad attitude raising her voice as if I had committed a crime ! You don’t treat your customers that way even if they’re in the wrong . so with that being said I will definitely never be going to this McDonald’s or the other McDonald’s on I-10 for fear that they too will treat me like a criminal just for not letting them know ahead of time of any McDonald’s app discount code coupons… they usually ask for any discount app promo codes while ordering but this time they didn’t… I’m sorry…
This McDonald's is the ONLY McDonald's I know charging for syrup for a McGriddle one should already come with the meal. And then this is the only McDonald's that serves me cold coffee when it's suppose to be HOT and they try to tell me its because of the creams but NO I get the same amount of cream and sugar and this place literally service cold coffee EVERY time.
Not fancy but they got my order right but started to forget my BBQ sauce..so definitely check before driving away. Downfall of drive thru is the bushes at the first pay here window need to be trimmed back.. But that's pretty much it. You kinda have to swing out to not literally have marks down your car and it puts you at an angle getting to that window.
I personally would like to see them reopen the playgrounds in all of the McDonald's now.
Can't belive they have not opened the inside yet. While In the drive through I watched 2 semi truck drives try to get breakfast. They could not go in. So I asked them what they wanted and picked it up through the drive trough. Open up already.
I always order the #6 sandwich only LG water,seems like McDonald's on court st Seguin socks the order was messed I gave them a 20$so between all the mess up I asked for my money back needless to say I only got 10$ of it back I argued about it but the manager straight up told me I better leave or they'd call the police if it wouldn't of been for my husband being sick just out of dialysis I would've stayed til the police got there and got my money back .baby service bad attitudes just ?
Super fast and good! The new, to me, menu options were a nice surprise.
My husband orders two bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits for the two of us. The order is repeated back. We go to the window and the person there mentions 2 bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits as she hands my husband the bag. We get to the hospital and we have 1 biscuit and 1 egg mcmuffin. And each was $4. Our local MCDONALD'S has them for $3.59 each. Why?
Food is good as long as you go during the day and not at night. They almost always get the order perfect, which is not a common thing for McDonald's. You should expect a long line especially in the drive through. They also help secure a 4 star review from me since their fries are good.
The only reason I'd spend 20 minutes in line for fastfood is that I was hungry, yes 20 minutes so I waited. Finally my order arrived, did a precursory check and drove off. When I got home and sat down to eat, a food item was missing, mistakes happen. Then took a swig of my orange juice and it tasted like flavored water. Today was a fail for McD's.
