I call a few pizza places in seguin with no help but I called up Marco's and talked to the staff and a driver yes I gave a bigger tip because I was a little out of the delivery zone but I feel you pay for what you get a big thanks to the staff and the driver that helped me out they made my and sons night in a time we need some extra help hats off to you all I wish I could give more then the 5 stars
Overall the pizza was OK but overpriced in my opinion. My first experience with this chain was not impressive. Have another establishment I normally get my pizza from that puts out a better pizza for half the price. It was my intention to give this establishment a try. I am always in search of the experience I had in Chicago...this didn't even come close...only 1 mans opinion based on the great pizza experiences I have had in my travels.
GM was very helpful and friendly. Great customer service GM! Pizza is super fresh!
The pizza quality just isn't what it use to be. They put zero effort to make a decent pizza anymore. Oh and If you like yelling with your food then this is the place to be because apparently that behavior is acceptable.
Third new general manager does not allow them to deliver to our address 2 miles outside of town anymore lost a customer in me near Seguin. Used to have date night with my girl and order pizza for the kids every weekend. Nice knowing you guys I will never go to you ever again. Yeah this has me upset I used to be able to count on you guys 2 mi is not something you're willing to do but you know what I'm not going to drive 2 miles to your pizza ever again peace out homie.
Not necessarily rating the pizza but Marcos has the worst delivery drivers I have seen. As someone who drives on that side of town often, their drivers are constantly running the red lights at the intersection, driving fast in/out of the parking lot and cut people off constantly. I’ve contacted corporate and made reports with the state with the license plates I’ve gathered so far, 4 different vehicles to be exact.
HARD PASS 4th time ordering and 4th time got it wrong. its PIZZA !!! I understand human error. I understand staff changes. I will NOT be spending my money here again . Maybe if others follow suit, the standard will be forced to be raised!
Unfortunately the customer service and the quality of their pizza have diminished dramatically. I’ve ordered from this location several times and for the past four times the delivery has been almost an hour late. Plus the lady who takes the order of the phone is extremely unprofessional. Definitely will be taking my money somewhere else.
I’d give a better rating if they would have got the pizza right they added green peppers to my mom’s pizza they put the right ingredients but added green peppers my pizza on the other hand was correct and delicious but I was upset that my mom didn’t get what she wanted
Good pizza, & subs, I don’t blame the people answering the phone but some that order take out seem like they never have made a phone order or been to a pizza place in their life. your holding up other people.
