As the name would imply, the chilaquiles are fantastic portions are generous - tacos are huge and delicious and the service was absolutely great. Definitely worth the short trip off the interstate.

So, I'm just a generic white guy, but I live in DFW (tons of good Mexican food) and I love Mexican food, so Ive had a ton of it. I have to say that this is the best Mexican food I have ever had. The service was very good, but the food for all 8 people I was traveling with was amazing. I will drive back down (about 3 hours} just to eat here, it is that good.
This place is INCREDIBLE! After spending a day in San Antonio and being underwhelmed with the food, we found this place driving home to Houston. It’s a tiny, family owned restaurant serving the most authentic Mexican food I’ve had in Texas!! The chilaquiles live up to the name! Service was great, lots of food, homemade amazing tortillas. So so so good. My fiancé had the barbacoa and it was awesome! Honestly, with the quality that goes into this food I’m sure everything on their menu is incredible! Please do yourself a favor and come to this restaurant!!!!
Chilaquiles is one of my favorite special occasion breakfasts, I actively search for great versions of it. I found one here. Might be my new favorite. I couldn't decide between Roja or Verde, so I did half and half. They are both good but the Verde was fantastic. Highly recommend. The menu has a lot of options for a little shop of this type, I will absolutely return here next time I'm in the area. It's cash only establishment. And we got the last table on a Friday afternoon around 1:00pm.
More on the Mex side of TexMex, this place is terrific. The effort they put into making great food is much appreciated, and will be enough to pull me off of I-10 next time I'm passing by. Don't miss the house-made corn tortillas!
They have the best chilaquiles in town! The plates are huge, and they make sure you get your money's worth of food and then some! I am so glad I stopped in!
First time here, food was ok, maybe today was a little salty! Service was good!
This place was fire! The best carnitas I have had in this area and the big breakfast tacos were delicious! The gorditas were great as well. The nacho dip (queso) was so tasty and may be the best queso I have tried. Their green sauce is without a doubt the greatest that I have ever had! It was so good we went back to back day!!
The aqua Fresca watermelon is my favorite! Great food too and nice staff!
