I will say that this burger joint has its perks.Speedy service and fresh ingredients.The buns get toasted on your burger.Just enough fresh lettuce and tomatoes.Thee only thing I would suggest is to add some seasoning to the burger meat, but it was juicy.Overall I would suggest to make this a stop if you ever get the opportunity to drive through.
Just moved to Seguin and wanted to try something new. Highly recommend this joint these onion rings are next level. The Cajun fries are perfect not over seasoned fried pickles nice and thick. The chicken fried steak sandwich I Highly recommend ?
Ate dinner at Kirby's. It looks like a burger place. They have indoor and outdoor seating. You place your order at the counter and they bring it out to you. They have a good selection of appetizers, salads, and entres. We had three types of burgers: kids meal with a cookie, a plain burger and a double bacon cheese burger. The burgers were all really good. Real hand made patties. we also had fries. Nothing really spectacular but good. I will definitely return to try other food. Not far off interstate 10. Very much worth the stop.
Always prompt with their service and always caring. Their food happens to be some of the best burgers in the area. With food of a better quality than the places around it, the only thing that detracts from it is it's decor reminiscent of a 1950's style that is missing a few flourishes to give it the true feel for it. This is easily made up for by its much quicker than average take out window which can be even faster if ordering ahead through their app or a quick call. Go in the evening on the weekends if you're a fan of classic cars as that's when the car club tends to show up and gives it that appeal that it seems to just barely miss. Always good for a burger that has actual taste, maybe the second best in Seguin; but I urge you to try for yourself if not for the flavor, then for the experience itself.
Went to this place lastnight. The person taking my order was rude. I ordered cajun fries with my order that were mainly just pieces that you would see from the bottom of a potato chip bag. If I am paying my hard earned money for great service and quality product. I recommend not to go to this place. $20+ dollars wasted.
Fried pickles, french fries, tater tots and chicken tenders tasted like they were all fried in reused old oil that's extended it's frying life. They didn't taste right. The hamburgers were decent.
Kirby burger and onion rings. Best burger we've had years! Service was friendly and fast. Onion rings were thick and crunchy. We'll be back when we come this way again.
Great local food stop. I stop in every time I’m in Seguin. I really like their burger and fries. Also have baked potatoes, hot dogs, steak fingers, chicken fried steak with cream gravy, and salads. Nice atmosphere. Clean. Indoor and Outdoor dining areas. Abundant parking. Definitely worth the stop!
Ordered for curbside. Staff was very nice. 10 minutes from time of order to food being ready. Great hickory burger and grilled chicken. Cajun fries and onion rings were great. Look forward to returning.
The burger was okay. The onion rings were all batter. Had no taste to them.This was a once and done place. Still searching for a good burger place in Seguin.
