Ordered a jumbo Jack and was served a chicken sandwich, also called 4x and nobody answered. Seguin we need to do better!
Ordered a double cheeseburger meal for my daughter. She was craving and was not disappointed. Fast and friendly service.
If I could give no stars I would.I came here last week and they were closed no biggie I went home but my mom called the manager and the manager assured her we were open and had her order ready. Long story short we go back and they said they didnt get her order and said they would not refund her. She then called corporate where they told her they actually do have to refund her at the store.Today I went. Out of my better judgement. My food was out in minutes. I was like cool fast service. NOT! MY FOOD WAS COLD . My fries look like they've been scraped from the bottom of the barrel. Seriously ! This place has the worst customer service AND food in seguin.
Have been by there three times in the last week in the morning and they always either say be right with you or nobody even answers to take your order but either way you sit there for 20 minutes and then just end up leaving whoever is doing that is costing you a lot of money I have seen car just leave that place left and right for the same reason
I already don't like Jack in the box at all I just went there cuz it was only thing open at the time at the burgers are small the fries are cold it is a matter of your order curly fries they're still cold
Hate this Jack in the Box! Service is always rude and takes forever even when your order online ahead of time.Last time I went they tried to say that they no longer took online orders cause they couldn't get them. But they do and I had already paid and was ready to show them my receipt, but out of no where my order was found and was made and shoved at me through the drive through window.I will never go back to this Jack in the Box, I would rather drive out of town.
The woman who took my order was super rude. Very unprofessional and for being a manager she has 0 customer service skills. Food was good but she made the entire experience bad. She does not need to he working there.
Burgers are OK. The drive thru took awhile.Faster then whataburger in the mornings.
The gentlemen at the window was not exactly rude but did not display good customer service. There were only 2 cats in the drive-thru, mine and another, and I still had to wait 26 mins for my food. My meal consisted of one meal.
