The food was cold, which made the shrimp rubbery and the catfish dry.. Wait staff helpful but great as we were leaving. Forty dollars for 2 dinners we didn't even take home to feed dogs. I would have felt better if waitress asked why we left 90 percent of food.she just asked if we wanted to go boxes several times. I asked why take home food we didn't want to eat fresh
Great boneless wings and good fries. Huge drinks. Chicken sandwich just okay, didn't seem cooked right. Good service.
I never leave bad reviews but the food was terrible. Ordered fish and chips and it was disgusting. Tasted like Morton’s frozen fish or worse. The malt vinegar pours, it doesn’t shake. It was really just pretty gross. The hush puppies were yuck. Overall the food was just really bad. Great service though.
This place is so nasty I do not recommend at all. Are food was old the CHEESE WAS SO GROSS TO LOOKS LIKE BANANA PUDDING IT WAS THICK LIKE WHAT? . Are drinks are 3$ my family all got sweet tea it tasted like bleach and was smelly. The works were nice the lady with pink hair is so sweet but the ether works we’re talking about not getting 20$ tip on a a 50$ ticket like it my costumer choice?The floor was sticky and the tables um who sells old movies in a restaurant like what? Not to be rude but they had pictures of random people just kinda confused. they had to microwave my moms food like ew. This place is going downhill it’s so sad it was good like 8 years ago but the new owners I don’t know what going on. But I honestly don’t recommend it’s not affordable for a family we only got two meals and two starters and 3 drinks. Very disappointed never coming again

I get short staffed… but if you only have 2 tables in the entire restaurant what takes so long to give refills? The food was cold after it took forever to come out, and had NO flavor. Seguin really needs to get better “home cooked” places.
This location is now called Rocket Wings. The food is subpart. The cod looked like it came out if a box, the chicken is fried steak we was kind of bland and the fried okra was not fresh. The day of my visit the server was polite enough but put minimal effort into making a memorable experience.Overall, if you like frozen food and soso service visit Rocket Wings
Tried the chicken fried steak and my daughter had the grilled chicken ranch sandwich. Everything was great. Definitely will be back.
Well I'd like to be able to comment on the food but I can't. I drove off the path to try Dixie's and arrived at 7:54 pm to be told they were backed up on orders and closing now. Part of me feels for them since I have a daughter who owns a restaurant and with the lack of employees in the market it's hard but she's there every day and night working her tail off and still puts out high quality food and is usually open way past closing. Management where were you. Hoping you weren't Joe in the kitchen that sent word out that we're closing. Disappointed
Wholesome atmosphere, wonderful menu, and amazing drinks.Definitely will always make it a thing to stop here when in Seguin.
