I would give 0 stars if I could. I have a small federally registered service animal and was told I had to eat outside in the heat. That we weren't allowed in the restaurant. I take him to Chilli's, IHop, HEB, Walmart, and everywhere else with me never have I been asked to go outside. This place violated my civil rights and discriminates against disabled people with service animals. I have reported them and will continue to draw public attention to this place. I urge all people to do so also.
By far the WORST fast food I have ever had. Stale buns. Slimy vegetables on incorrect orders. Steak fingers were fried mush that tasted like mop water. Even the toast tasted terrible. How do you mess up toast. The drinks were flat and not flavored correctly. we all were sick after eating here. AVOID THIS RESTAURANT
Pretty rude woman who helped us. Was short while taking our order and acted like we were an inconvenience the whole time. The fries are luke warm at best, and soggy. Haven't gotten to the other food yet but don't have high hopes. Disappointing.
I understand covid has hit alot businesses and prices are going up..but..to spend $15 dollars for burger, drink and onion rings...the bun was burnt and hard, the patties were just thrown on there and the onion rings were just as hard...sad..
The customer service isn’t not good. I keep asking the person o. Drive thu if the meat on the nachos were chicken or beef and she kept saying it’s meat. I also orders the chicken sandwich and got the steak sandwich instead and I don’t eat beef. When I tried to call to let them know they never answered
It's almost half an hour after opening. And there is a sign that says the lobby is open but all the entrances are locked. And there was a girl who clearly saw me walk up when she saw me she walked back around to where I couldn't see her and has yet to come back out. I dont have a car and since the lobby isnt actually opened like they have advertised I had to walk to drive thru and there was absolutely no response. There was a car who went through in front of me .... this is pretty poor service. In every way.

Not so great customer service at drive through. I’m sure other employees are fine but this one guy working in the drive through around 8:10-8:15 was not very enthusiastic and the only words he said to me were “You’re total is $4.10”. And they got my order wrong. Guy didn’t even confirm my order, say hello or have a good evening. You know it’s not that hard to tell someone to have a good day. Definitely not going back for a while until they can learn to just be nice for a few seconds. Sometimes the smallest things make a huge difference in someone’s day
We wanted to try the NEW cheesy steak fingers basket we saw on TV. When we showed up at this location to order the woman interrupted my wife to tell us it has been discontinued. If you don't have the stuff to make it, just say that, but no where on the internet does it say they were discontinued. Very rude customer service.
They handle all 15 in our group in record time. Very good crew there
