Was in today and I'm not sure who the manager is or why he has his position!!He talked on the phone using fowl words.Talked horrible to his employees!!Using fowl language about customer's who left and didn't want the order because it wasn't fresh.I'm surprised you allow this behavior.Seguin store.
Due to short staff this location tends to be closed when we come into town, but they were open today. So we picked up some dinner. Chicken tenders, mashed potatoes, and my favorite are the jalapeño cheese bombers. Order was correct. Guy at the window was very nice.
Been there twice. First time was bad, but figured I’d give it a second chance. Just as bad. The food smells rancid, like the oil is old and hasn’t been replaced. Which then gives the food that flavor. Wish I could enjoy some yummy chicken from there cause it’s so conveniently located. But, I give up. It’s not even a consideration, cause that grease smell permeates things leaving a reminder of the food I had to discard. Isn’t even worth returning for something different, knowing it’ll all taste the same.
Not given all our order. My dad didn’t check and tried calling them and can’t even get through!!!!
I go to this place only because of convenience. Today I had no cars in front of me when I pulled in the drive thru. I still had to wait 7 minutes. It has no inside service so I'm not sure what the wait was for. I've ordered the same thing most of the time when I've gone. This time I ordered a special they had on the sign outside. Grande meal advertised with 8 piece fried chicken + 8 piece chicken tenders, mashed potatoes, Cole slaw, Mac and cheese and biscuits. I was told they didn't have man and cheese. That didn't bother me because everyone I go( no matter how early or late) they never have Mac and cheese. So they asked if I'd like to substitute. I said yes. Double order of mashed potatoes is fine but can I also change Cole slaw for corn. They said yes plus I ordered an extra corn. They repeated my order and said everything I said I wanted on my order. I payed for my order. Today they said they don't do military discount anymore. That didn't bother me. They have me my receipt and my order. They said everything was in the bag. I get home and my order didn't have the chicken strips. I received the Cole slaw which I changed for corn. I received the one extra corn I ordered. I ordered 5 jalapenos and only received 3. I didn't get any biscuits but when I asked for honey they gave that to me. I've tried to call by phone and I've never been able to get someone to answer the call ever. As you read other reviews you see similar reviews as mine.
30 min wait for chicken to be cooked, which I understand because they were very busy, but service seemed a bit tired and poor customer service. Also, seemd as though they needed to spend some time cleaning. I left and went to another restaurant.
?I can't stand EVERYTIME? I WANT chicken and go to CHURCH'S they are OUT of SPICY ?OR THEY HAVE A 20MIN-25MIN WAIT!!!??♀️SMDH ITS ALWAYS SOMETHING WITH THEM AMD ITS ANNOYING!! Like they should do something differently to make customers HAPPY because I know I'm not the only one mad at this or have a complaint about them!!!
This was one of the worst Church's I have ever been to. The Asst Mgr Joe was the worst person at the store. He could not figure out how to do to separate ordered. But the best part was (he did it on purpose or just forgot my tenders on the Grands Order. Sure wish I had a corporate phone number.
It has been years since I ate at a Churches Chicken. It was good now as it was back then. Tha nearest one was in San Marco butt it close down years back.
This chicken is raw, didn't even get the rest of my order, paid for potatoes, rolls, chicken and okra, received raw chicken and okra. Paid$26..I tried to call and no one answered. They were not busy when we purchased it not were they busy when we went back.Time lapse:We get here and now the lady doesn't want to give a refund and acted as if it was our fault the chicken was raw.... She ended up refunding us but was upset at us .
