This Burger King has been opened for about a month. Very clean & decorative. There are two restrooms which are unisex & pleanty of room. Food come out very hot & fresh...not greasy like other establishments.
I have never had a problem with this Burger King. Sometimes we have to wait a few minutes for the food. Guaranteed when we have to wait it's so we have hot fries or onion rings. The customer service is pretty good every now n then at any restaurant you may encounter someone who's not the friendliest, but we all have bad days, never anyone rude and definitely no bad attitudes. Keep up the good good work everyone
Normally good, here lately new employees I recently seen playing around in the kitchen messing up orders, charging me for a large drink in a medium cup. Sweet tea hasn't been properly made to strong, and next to no sugar taste more like unsweetend tea. Burgers and everything else is good. Just can do without the employees yelling while behind the counter and caring on like a bunch of school yard childern. Manager should address some issues.
Just ordered a whopper with cheese waited awhile because they said there were only 3 ppl working ok I get that I will wait there was only one person in front of me get home and my hamburger patty is not cooked all the way! ?
I literally got my food faster at chilis yesterday. I've been here for 30 minutes. STILL NO FOOD.Drinks are flat too.After 45 minutes of waiting and seeing several orders after me leave with food, I decided to ask for a refund and leave. The manager was unable to fulfill my refund but said "oh your order is ready!" Went ahead and took the food home only to realize one of the burgers was wrong. All the food cold as if it was left at room temperature overnight. Manager offered a free meal at my next visit for the inconvenience, I love burger King, but won't be back!
We arrived after a 3 hour drive and found this BK next to our hotel so we stopped by for lunch. The person taking the order was courteous but completely got the order wrong and missed several items ordered. After waiting for 25 minutes, we finally got the food and realized the items that were missing. When I went to the front, I got attitude from the short heavy set brunette about the stuff not being ordered. Stay away from this restaurant because you will sure be disappointed.
This is the worst burger King I have ever been to. The person taking our order didn't ring up the food for my daughter, they got my son's burger wrong, and messed up my food as well. I know that person heard everything I said, because he repeated it to me. The floors were disgusting and sticky. The person cooking went outside and came back in, and didn't change his gloves. After touching the door handles full of germs. I will never again go to this place.
Hamburger was sloppy. Too much sauce. Had to take it apart, scrape some of the excess, and I mean excess, sauce in order to finish the burger. Very disappointing! And it is a new establishment here in Seguin.
Every time I have been to this location it's been a terrible experience. I don't know if they have staffing problems or education problems. The lobby is not open and the drive-thru is a half hour wait go somewhere else.
Not a clean restaurant for being one of the New ones in Seguin. Food takes a while to get. Burger King is not the same it was in the 80's, the Staff seems to be on the lazy side, needs a good strong Manager to get it going in the right direction. Food is OK, sometimes cold.
