Always nice and clean. Self serving condiments always clean and fresh. Customer service excellent, professional and friendly. Their fried chicken "WOW" delicious, love their fried chicken, always, always fresh and crispy, yummiest!! But, their "carne guisada flour tortilla tacos are to die for!! And add a little flavor with their hot sauce ? but remember folks that's my opinion and my pleasure to have them from there. So try them, and enjoy ?
Really???? After a 30 minute wait in the drive-through and $13 later this is the quality that we got. This is ridiculous. Bill Miller’s needs to take pride in their presentation service and value, but it’s clear they have lost their focus. Honestly this is pretty freaking sad
My favorite go to spot when I'm undecided on what to get for lunch. Food is great and consistent each visit. I go here at least once or twice a week. Very friendly staff and fast service inside and in the drive thru.
Ordered 2 Poor Boy plus to go. The brisket had no flavor and was mostly fat.No BBQ sauce or smoky flavor. That is not BBQ. Then one package of pickles for two sandwiches.i waited 30 minutes for the order. The fries were real good.
Always good BBQ .. most of the time service is great .. few times I've not gotten forks straws or napkins while traveling but overall a great place to eat.Well tonight's visit wasn't so good. Stopped on my way to work , drive thru was backed up so I went inside . Ordered , it took about 10 minutes to get my food , understandable since they were busy. I get a bag and go to my truck and look , no coconut cream pie so I go back in and get it. Get to work at Caterpillar which is 2 minutes behind them , look at my food and no sandwich (poor boy) got the BBq sauce and the Mac n cheese w/ brisket .. Tried calling them for 15 solid minutes no one would answer the phone.So you owe me a sandwich, hire some help .. 1825 hrs Sunday June 5Update : meal was made right
I stop here everytime I'm headed back home from San Antonio just to have a taste of my hometown. The food is always hot and delicious. My husband loves it and he has even started to request it.
I got the brisket sandwich. All this is is meat juicy lol man they so tight with the meat I may as well got a just bread. I should’ve known something when I didn’t smell bar b q when I walked in. The rule of thumb if you don’t smell bbq or smoke wood when you come in the door turn around. Look at the s*** I got for $13
Brisket was flavorful & juicy with a decent amount of smoke. Sauce was well rounded, not too sweet, w a very light pour.Spanish rice was good and the slaw was refreshing.There’s plenty of butter at the pickle & salsa bar ?Quick Bite , fair price, dedicated staff, hectic back of the house ??
The fries were good but the portion was tiny. The chopped sandwich was terrible. It makes me suspicious when someone serves it already sauced, which had I known I would not have gotten it. It was so messy I couldn't eat as a sandwich, had to use a fork.
Restaurant was extremely dirty!
