We went to the Arby's on FM 725 and I-10 this evening. We ordered 2 double beef and cheddar and a classic gyro. We got home sat down to eat and the double beef and cheddar were NOT doubles they were just the regular sandwiches. The classic Gyro was not a classic it was a beef (like they put on the sandwiches) it was not in a pita it was wrapped in a tortilla that wasn't even heated up, it has no tomatoes. I have no idea what they are doing over there but DO NOT GO THERE!!!! If they would have told me that the gyro was going to wrapped in a tortilla I would have ordered something else but they probably would have screwed that up too! Employees were rude and the wait time was very long with only one car in front of us. We tried to call and no one answered the phone it finally just disconnected itself. HORRIBLE XUSTOMER SERVICE
It's a good place to eat. I eat there often and it seems like that they run out of a popular item. So I don't understand if they know about this item to make sure they order extra. It is frustrating on costumers other me I've seen it before.
This particular Arby's is always fresh and fast. Their sandwiches are never just thrown together. And the staff is always friendly and accommodating
Every type food I have tried and all are always so tasty. Their staff are so nice. They are a spotless clean truck stop. Even the gasoline bays are power washed daily.
Had the turkey, bacon, ranch sandwich with krinkly fries. The food was good but the dining area needed some attention; too many dirty tables and drink station was in disarray.
We got the gyros, roast beef n cheddar, and kids chicken nuggets. Lots of food for the price and delicious! Better than driving to NB! Don’t let the fact that it’s a part of Love’s fool you! This is one of the better Arby’s I have been to! Restaurant was also very clean and well stocked.
Roast beef was great as always, but potato cakes were so hot and dripping grease that I had to use all my napkins and let it cool before eating
Terrible slow service. I ordered a 2 for $6 chicken nuggets and it took almost a half hour to recieve my order. The employees were very rude and didn’t care about how slow their service was. I would recommend avoiding this location.
Update tried to fill out form. Says my email was invalid.Apparently they changed the bread for the sliders. They are WAY smaller. My 2yo ate2 so our normal amount to fill us changed drastically and damn sure isn't worth almost 2 bucks piece.
This location was and usually is very busy. It was Christmas day. I was very glad they were even open. I didnt have to wait very long to check out. The employees are nice and polite. I also went to the eatery within the store; ARBYs and was in and out of there very quickly. Gas prices are a bit high. Not much else to say.LETS GO BRANDON !!!
