I placed my order in the app and only entered the restaurant when it was marked as "completed." When I walked inside and got to the register, they pulled up my order, read it back to me exactly, and took my payment. After a couple more minutes of waiting, the cashier told me they never got my order and that it wasn't made, and that I would have to order again. I find that very hard to believe, because as soon as I walked in and told her my name she looked up the order and found it immediately in the computer. I asked how long it would take to remake the order and the cashier told me "I have no idea." I asked for a refund because I didn't have time to stand around for what could be 30-40 minutes before needing to be at work. The cashier appeared very obviously annoyed by this. It wasn't my fault that they didn't have my order ready, and I shouldn't have to feel bad asking for my money back when I didn't get anything that I paid for and already waited for once. Nobody working there apologized for the mistake, they all just seemed agitated at me for wanting my money back and holding up their line. This is not even the first bad experience I have had here, but it probably will by my last experience at this store.
The wait time was ridiculously long. We were quoted 15 minutes for our order and waited 42 minutes. We only ordered food for 2 people. If you're know that it's going to be a long wait, then just be honest. Why did our food come out immediately after we asked for it the third time? Why did the group that arrived 35 minutes after us get quoted 35 minutes, which seems more accurate? The excuse I received after asking why it took so long was "We had a lot of online orders." I work in customer service, so I know that person in front of you waiting forever takes precedence over the person on the phone or ordering online. We weren't offered any kind of apology or discount. They had at least a dozen people working there and people that arrived after us got their food before us.I've never been so angry that I had to post a bad review for a business in my entire life, so congrats on being the first one. Thank you for wasting 40 minutes of my life and the time to post this review.
Just opened my container of wings and counted. I have been shorted a wing! Instead of 20 as I ordered, I only have 19. And no, i have yet to eat them
Honestly I only gave one star because that’s what I need to write this review , they don’t even deserve a star . The girl at the cashier Natalie , remember her name if she ever serves you I suggest just walking out the door and not even bothering to get your food . She’s so rude and disrespectful, she deadass just screamed at me while I was trying to pay then embarrassed her assistant manager by screaming at her as well like she owns the place when in reality she’s just a regular employee . She also went and touched my food with her bare hands after getting angry with me and her manager . I felt so disgusted , she was handling money and touching the register and then went and touched my food. Natalie corporate will hear all about you.
This location is horrible. 30 mins after ordering online. As I sit here in this location, there is 9 people waiting for their order ahead of me. I decided to give this location one more try because the last time I came here the food was so horrible, didn’t even attempt to eat it. Threw it away. This will be the last time I come here. I’d rather eat Taco Bell. Yeah DO NOT COME HERE! Had no choice but to put a star so I can post.
Lady on register was sooo difficult, this is the 1st time I've heard that they can't make the order how I've been getting it for years, all flats . Her excuse was to early in the morning it is 1 pm already and that they are short staff i saw 5 employees working and 5 coustemers dining in. So disappointing this was one of my favorite places to eat lunch but, unfortunately one bad experience is all it takes for me to stop eating here ..
When we FINALLY received them, the wings tasted rancid and the "after-taste" was even worse. Stay away!!
Never been a fan. Dry wings drowned in watered down sauce. But recently ordered delivery for my son. Order arrived missing items. Driver said he asked and they said there wasn't a drink. When I called I was told by a staff member and the manager that they "never" forget items with a rude attitude. They use door dash as a middle man for deliveries which leads the customer the liability to get jump through hoops to get what they paid for or at least be reimbursed. Still waiting on the said "call back" while the door dash driver was more than Willing to give valuable Information. Its Just poor business sense. I was already willing to talk people out of going here but now even more so. Go to pluckers instead.
Girl at the cashier was a complete b word!!! We could barely hear her over the inappropriate music and through her mask and she would get mad when I would ask her to repeat herself to order. I am always kind when speaking to workers saying please and thank you in a friendly manner but she made me question if I even wanted to eat here she had brown hair and glasses I hope management can talk to her about her attitude!!!!
