Great food and service love the chicken strips
BAD SERVICE!!! Husband placed his order and after paying he was asked to park and his order would be brought to him. When food was delivered to his car; the individual said they were waiting on the fries. When he got home there no fries (order was suppose to have two medium size fries). After waiting for a while; they failed to check to see if everything was in the bag… agh!!! I called the location and the manager said he was sorry. Instructed me to keep my receipt and when we came back they will give us the two medium fries on our next order. To Bashel (the mgr)…you need to retrain your employees!!!
It’s it extremely long to get my order! The person behind the counter had no urgency and seem very passive aggressive knowing I was upset for how long way to put my order!. I ordered the mushroom Swiss and the meat did not look like a patty at all it looked like crumbled up me grill very greasy. And the person behind the counter gave me no napkins. Whataburger is a great Texas place to go not this Whataburger
One of the worst whataburger locations I've ever been too. Cold food and forgot gravy and side sauce we paid extra for. And sausage patty on breakfast on a bun has gotten much smaller but yet more expensive some how. Not impressed. Not the whataburger I remember from growing up.
Whaterburger wanona: so me and my family go in there we sit down get our food and we’re talking and laughing and then this lady with her dog comes in and sits down at the table next to ours she’s being noisy in our conversation and she says is my dog causing all this attention we say no we get up to leave my brother and I get more soda the lady asks him something she asked him if he dates minors out of no where’s when his girlfriend was with him and there 18+ so we go outside and talk in the parking lot she comes out a few minutes later and has the audacity to walk her dog all the way around us then go o her car start it sit in her car and watch us and see what we’re doing when we’re just minding our own business then once we get in our cars and leave she’s throws us the finger as we’re pulling out of the parking lot I just felt she was racially targeting us cause we we’re people of color
They are always slow. Today I had to drive away after paying for my breakfast because they wouldn't give me food or look at me waving frantically at the window. They didn't even look busy, and it was a simple order for one, straight off the menu.
The food is always fresh and hot. I normally don't have to wait long and the staff are very courteous. The only problem I have is almost every time I go, which is always late at night, they have a hard time getting my order right or giving me the whole order.
Waited 40 mins to receive our drinks after getting cold food and getting attitude when we asked for our drinks. Service at this location has gone down hill considerably
Always friendly \\u0026 cook my burger perfectly. I could eat here every day especially the onion rings.
This Whataburger was the best one I've dined in. The service (staff) was exceptional, the meal (grilled chicken), was perfectly cooked. That's the Whataburger experience I know and love
