3 stars for food and order done right after confirming the order was correct 4 times. However worst customer drive thru service experience. Management, encourage your employees to have better communication and listening skills, and general quality customer service at the drive thru. Your female employee appeared under the influence of a drug at the window last night, Completely spaced out.
This Wendy’s is a 0/10. We ordered a second and they messed up our order again. Their baconator fries are ?. The fries are stuck together by “melted cheese” (the cheese is like glue, it doesn’t even move) and their bacon isn’t good at all. The fries were also soggy and hard. I’m not talking about every wendys, just this one in particular.
My vehicle was being worked on so I could not use drive thru. I ordered pickup inside in the app and walked over to get food. The doors were locked. Someone told me to use drive thru but I told them about not having my vehicle. They said they would bring my food to me. I waited 45 minutes knocked on door multiple times and they would not answer anymore I never received my food. My vehicle was finished after 1 hour so I left. Now I'm just waiting for a refund. This location used to be great. Not sure what's going on now.
Bad customer service at the drive thru. Had to watch employee yell at customer in their car. Food was cold, no ice for our drinks. Said thanks and got no response but a dirty look. For some reason the doors were locked and couldn't eat inside.
Always an issue at this location; only serving fries, only taking cash, cold sandwiches, etc. I drove through in the evening yesterday and not one employee was wearing masks or gloves. I watched the employees putting several food items into bags without gloves during a worldwide pandemic. I bluntly asked the employee taking orders if anyone was wearing gloves while handling food and she said, "No." Thank you for giving every costumer COVID and not caring.
Their online profile says open till 2am. Plus multiple times I have come after 12pm. For the last 3 days I have been trying to order past 10. And it’s the same employee pushing customers away. When I confronted the employee about the hours on their storefront he said “sorry”. Sorry excuse for a college town that thrives after 10pm year round that you can’t attend to. Please find new employees who actually want to make money.
Best Wendy's yet. Great service their quick food was on point. No complaints. ?
Came to this location around 8pm. Slow line but not my biggest concern. Ordered the #8, The Big Bacon Cheeseburger, and when we left found a small cheeseburger in the wrapper. Went back, waited in line again only to findout then that they did not have the correct bun and when giving us a replacement, just took The old burger, put another slice of cheese on it with some of the appropriate condiments. No apology or refund offered. We know it was our old burger that we handed over cause it was cold, not remade.
Drive thru had a little bit of an attitude but may have misunderstood us. The buns to my burger were super hard but the rest of our food was perfect.
There was only one worker threw, the was long and to top it off the lady was in a bad mood. But who can blame her. Geez worse service I've ever got.
