I got a medium dragonfruit bowl yesterday, and it was less than half full. I normally wouldn’t care (especially enough to karen about it) but I rarely go here due to the price & I was surprised / disappointed with the product

I love Acai bowls but this one was just so sad in presentation. I got mine to go, the fruit and toppings were just thrown into the bowl. I was missing some toppings too. Way too much money for the service and quality I received.
I really enjoy the juices from this place and I hear the kids acai bowl is great
Waited an hour for 1 açaí bowl and then a guy that ordered 30 minutes after me got his large order before I got mine.
Waited 30 minutes to get two smoothies. They obviously aren’t short staffed, which is how you know it’s bad. We’ll never be back.
Always good bowls. Usually I'm in and out bit last time I went I was waiting a long time. Really nice staff.
The Vitality Bowl was the first thing I could eat after covid and I will be there at least twice a week.

I got the Superseed Avocado Toast and the Rejuvenate fresh juice (I had too much juice lust and forgot to take a pic of it haha). The juice was amazing, I drank it in about 4 mins LOL. The toast was well-flavored although it was salty. I would give the toast another try, but I’ll definitely go back for the fresh juices!
