Good tacos are something that we miss when we moved away. Torchys always delivers some of the best tasting options for bit breakfast and any other time of the day. The Diablo Sauce laced queso is always a go to for us. Amazinf
Tortillas are okay for being a very white influenced taqueria, salsas are good, tacos in general are good, good prices, heavily understaffed, NOT fast food wait times (took like 30 min for my tacos), and my food was served cold, even after asking to reheat, ordered extra lemons, took them 5 minutes
I hate to do this, because my boyfriend and I love this location. However, we love this location because we usually receive better service than what we encountered today. We arrived and at this location, sat down at the bar and prepared to order food and drinks like we usually do. From the outside bar, we spotted the person who delivers food, go outside to a car and begin to pet a beautiful dog (pit bull) in the backseat of a gray SUV. After petting said dog, he walked back inside and out of concern we watched him walk from the car back into the kitchen. He walked straight in and grabbed the food for a group and brought it out to them. Wonderfully quick service, but at NO POINT DID HE WASH HIS HANDS! At that point our bartender walked up and asked what we were ordering & we conveyed what we just saw to him, and let him know our concerns (bc we had planned on ordering food). He seemed taken aback by what we were saying and proceeded to tell us that the hand washing station was right behind the kitchen door to the left…. Little did he know, we already ascertained this information while observing the employee. We tried to be positive and just agreed, however instead of ordering food and drinks we just ordered our drinks and left it at that. I saw the worker go back to that vehicle to play with the dog at least 3 separate times, and what’s worse is our bartenders behavior and attitude immediately changed towards us after we asked about the hand washing habits of the staff. I can understand the feelings he may have felt while being asked about his coworker, but as a person who has previously worked in the food industry… I know that the expectation is that employees wash their hands for at least 30 seconds before handling a customers food. Considering we are in the midst of a pandemic, I don’t think it’s too much for a customer to ask about how their food is handled. Really disappointed in this location.
The food was great, for a taco chain they really outdid themselves from other torchies I'd tried before. The house margarita was good as well, definitely going back when im around the area.

LOVE this place! I don't know how I went so long without having tried them out! Had the breakfast tacos today and they are to die for! Jadison is the BEST there!!!
They got both me and the person I paid for orders' wrong. I was fine to just sit down and eat it (Either the Democrat or the Republican, whichever has the long sausage in the taco). Turns out I have food poisoning from it. Having chills, stomach pains, and you can guess what else from this. I only ate one other thing yesterday which I eat every day so I know it's not that at all. Please make sure your food is cooked through.
Breakfast tacos were delicious wrangler and ranchand and the hillbilly queso all surprised me. Definitely will try again. Great customer service
Torchy’s is a great place, love the food and atmosphere. Their chips and queso are pretty good. Recommend as a date place.
