Don't go! You will not be able to resist returning and will be held captive by the waff of delectable odors of fresh baked cookies! It's enticements are addictive and you will find yourself putting them on speed dial! (They're just dang delicious!)

I just received a box of cookies as a surprise gift. The packaging was beautiful and the cookies are totally awesome. I received a text advising me of the upcoming gift and allowing me to choose my delivery time. They arrived exactly on the hour. The delivery man was very friendly and gracious. I’m a fan and will use this company myself now! Kudos!
The cookies are great, but the service is horrible! When I had placed my order online it gave me an estimated arrival time in a two hour period. This does seem like a big window to me especially when people have things to do. I left my phone alone for TWO minutes to do something and I got a call for a delivery. I immediately called back and they said that they already left and cancelled my order. I don’t get why I have to put my life aside for two hours when they can’t even wait two minutes for me to pick up my phone. After that I called back and they said the cookies would have to be delivered FIVE hours later within another two hour estimated delivery period. Once the second two hour period went I waited 30 extra minutes before I called to get an update. When I called they said it would be another 10 minutes. 25 minutes go by and I call back and they say the same thing. They finally arrived another 20 minutes after that call. I know I should’ve cancelled but they were a gift for someone so I had to wait it out. End of story the cookies were good but the service and time it took was not worth it.
Is really between 3 and 4 stars but I will round up. I love the cookies here but the delivery is sorely lacking. If you are going to get cookies, its best to go pick them up in person. I do use elite and do quite a few deliveries all over TX but the San Marcos location only gets them to me or my clients on time about 50% of the time. So great cookies but lacking on the delivery side.
Stopped by after work today and bought 22 cookies. I didn't have to wait, the staff were friendly, and the place was clean. 3 stars because when I got home I realized the cookies looked smaller then they usually are and when I tasted it, it definitely didn't taste like a tiffs cookie. It was bland and tasted like a basic grocery store cookie. Maybe it was just the days batch.
Only a 4 vecause i was rhe only customr there and it took abot 5 min to get somebody out of the kitchen to wait on me
OMG these cookies were AMAZING! The brownie was nice and soft. Perfect with ice cream!
