Coming from a place that you could find the best mexican restaurants in every corner of the streets to a place that has the only restaurant chains and tex mex places, I can say this place is the one to go to! I tried so many places, taquitos mi rancho has been the one that never disappoints. I love mexican food and this really made my stay in san marcos, tx while i was a student 10x better. ?

Delicious food and superb customer service!!!Edit: I tried a Gordita with pastor meat, and oh my goodness I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of authentic flavour that was in it! Soooo good! ? I also of course had to get my usual horchata from there!!! The only horchata I’ve found that actually tastes real! ?? I usually only get the horchata but today I went out of my comfort zone and tried their food, and gosh I am SO glad that I did! ✨❤️I was inspired by one of my favourite YouTubers ‘Views On The Road’ to come and visit these local places that serve yummy Mexican food! ?PLEASE support these local businesses! They have the best food and sweetest hard workers! ❤️??✨
Got a chorizo,bean,egg,potato,cheese huge burrito and a horchata. Delicious. Burritos tortilla was done crispy Charlie Brown just like I like. Horchata was obviously made fresh by the truck 10/10.
Must visit for the tacos. They were really tasty. Service was great too for a food truck. We went on a chilly night. They came to our car from taking the order to getting the food and the bill.
