Best Service at this location…..we ordered & ate inside but they really wanted to be sure the orders were correct with our “special requests”….Very friendly and came and checked to make sure everything was good…We’ve had issues at other locations (like asking for NO BEANS….and they put EXTRA beans on)….shell not thoroughly cooked (tasted old)….but this location was SO GOOD….no pictures because it’s all in our tummies! Thank you to the nice employees from the order guy to the cook! We will be back!
The drive thru staff was RUDE and made us wait extra long after we had to ask for straws three times. We were actually scared to eat after that....she kept her back to the window for ten minutes and was really weird when she gave me the food. April 3rd 2022
The service was fast and food was hot. Employees were generous and helpful. I would definitely going back and recommend this place.
Kinda slow in the drive though but since I was a kid they've always had some of the best Mexican (ok fast food) around. Some cooks are better than others. Just saying
I went through the drive through and after receiving an incomplete order I found my bank card was missing. Idk what happened to it but instead of attempting look for it or find a way to resolve the situation the lady who was the manager just insisted she gave it back. In less than a minute of conversation she took it as me saying she stole it, called the cops and said I could make a theft report when they get here. Obviously there’s going to be cameras everywhere so that’s the last thing I would suspect and in no way did I accuse her of theft or mean to sound upset. I could have pulled around let them look for it, look in my car, even just cancel the card. The bank will send another free. My only concern was not holding up the line and figuring out what happened to my card. I’ve been eating here since 1994 several times a week and never had a problem. My guess is they’re probably understaffed and she had a rough day. Unfortunately instead of trying to resolve the situation this left me stunned at her reaction, worried about my card and sad that I’ll not feel comfortable ever coming back. After that experience I just tossed the food. Last thing I want to risk is eating food that someone who was that upset made.
It's a big chain, you already know it'll be cheap, warm, and usually mostly correct but my last order was totally wrong.Still ate it, they have like 8 ingredients total so at least they can't mess it up too bad. Lol
They need to open the front ordering desk for walk-ins, and you would be able to go to the salsa bar and get your own mixes of salsa that you want. At least they should do that, if they're not going to let you dine inside.
I bought 9 Carne guisada tacos and none of the tacos have meat on it I call the manager expecting a better treatment and wanted me to drive all the way back to give him the tacos to get my money back so I say what about my time and gas when this was supposed to be done in one drive in which I paid 29.99 this guy tells me that’s if I want my money back and starts laughing on the phone I would like to filed a complaint but don’t know how … (((don’t eat here)))
We made the mistake of ordering online at the wrong location, when we went here to pick up and realized it, we notified the staff and they agreed to make our food without charging us again for it. Great customer service and the food was very good. We tried the birria quesadilla and the tortilla soup, both of which tasted great! Would definitely recommend!
Odered two tacos and the screen in drive thru showed two tacos. I pay, head to work only to have one taco and no receipt of proof in bag. I called them and they said It was a mistake on their part but yet no offer for reimbursement or a correct order.
