HR should do there best to get the lazy ppl out of there restaurant. Sitting in line I keep seeing ppl leave the drive threw for some reason, I get up to the window “just to let you know we’re outa cheese and tomato’s and sauce and Dr Pepper blah blah blah” I order anyways…guess what there’s cheese and tomato’s and sauce all on my food. All I saw was employees turning costumers away, bc they felt like it.
Save yourself the hassle, chipotle is better tasting and right next door.I tried to order the potato tacos from the inside touch screen menu. I couldn’t find them. When I asked the lady stacking cups if I could just order with a person she rolled her eyes and acted like it was the most inconvenient thing (why didn’t she offer to help me find them on the touch screen menu then). The manager behind the counter stated they were out of potatoes and the guy on the line said, “no we aren’t, I have them right over here.” So then I turned back to the touch screen to order them and the lady said, “no we are out.” I left and went next door, and now I’m eating my chipotle in the Taco Bell parking lot.
Not the most convenient location to be honest. The lines can be long or short. But you know I'm waiting in line for those cool ranch doritos tacos ?
We ordered the taco party pack. They said at the window that they had no beef. They would substitute for chicken or steak at same price. We got it NO STEAK and this was the tacos with no chicken barely. Mind you charged us 6 dollars extra for sour cream on everything. This isn’t the first time. We come back periodically hoping it’ll change and it never does. We called to complain and the manager hung up in my face.
Waited in line for 30 minutes just be told they are out of beef... how do you run out of beef at taco bell!
Biggest issue was the drive through wait time everything else was ok. Just a note wasnt die to a long line 9 cars in line took over 1 HR. To get through the line and head home
Every time I’ve tried to go through the drive thru here, it takes 20 minutes. Even when the line is small, it takes forever. They need to either hire more people (offer decent pay hint hint) or close tf down
This place the meat isn't cooked all the way this place is going down hill. These tacos aren't good anymore. You need thinner shells and tortilla chips.
For at least a year I've always seen the line so long that cars are waiting in the street. This time there were only 3-4 cars so I gave it a shot. Still had to wait 30 minutes! When I finally got to the speaker, they said "we're only taking doordash and mobile orders because we're closed". The hours posted say they're open until 11 and it was only 10:15.
Price increase for a chalupa? 5$ for a chicken Supreme chalupa is ridiculous. The chalupa itself is baron of ingredients and mostly shell. I won't be eating here again
