The guy with purple in his hair must have been new, at least I hope he was. It took so long it began to seem like someone was messing with me. Then after that the purple hair fellow ushered in Christmas he gave me the sandwich the lady behind me ordered. Didn't realize till I got home. It was a veggie sub and ordered the Italian BMT. Booooo

This location is short staff I will give them that benefit of the doubt. However, the staff that this subway does have are super slow and lackadaisical. If there is no one in line it will take you about 10 mins to get 1 Sandwhich. I love subway and unfortunately this is my closest location… I keep coming back with high hopes but this store NEVER delivers.
One star just to be able to leave a review. This is for management to revaluate having Richard as a staff member. Very unprofessional, childish over the phone, and hung up in my face. All because your online service wouldn't process my order, so I called in to place it, I addressed your staff member professionally explained what was happening online. Richard response was rude and unprofessional, in return I responded back with well you lost my business and he became even more so childish. Hung up in my face. Hopefully he will be dealt with.
Me and my 2 sons went in last night. They were short staff, and the line ending at the door. The two staff greeted with a smile, and made the best subway sandwich.
It took them more than an hour to serve us and many people got out of line, they took about 20 minutes with each person
The older semi bald guy needs to be told to wash his hands and change his gloves after he wipes his sweat while making subs. So gross? and the people who witnessed and stayed in line and happily took their subs eww it's beyond me I just walked out.
i ordered a meal online just for them to be closed… they didn’t cancel my order or anything just let me place it, took my money, and closed their shop. now i’m dealing with a charge on my card with no food…. ridiculous.
