It’s a standard Starbucks but, the staff was friendly and did not seem bothered that you came in.I also like that they have the sweeteners, straws, stirrers etc… out where you can get them, not like so many Starbucks where it’s all behind the counter and they act annoyed when you ask for them.If they just start putting the heavy cream back out at the self serve bar I would give them 5+ stars. LolOverall this is one of the nicer Starbucks I have been to.
this is my local starbucks and i love it :) the drive thru line usually takes a long time.. but i’m the one who chooses the drive thru route.. as a barista myself it makes me happy inside to see other stores thrive,, i forgot the name of my barista this morning but he was super nice and was the reason i decided to finally make a review :) kito maybe was his name..? love you guys always ! thanks for what you do
Very friendly staff. Her name is Gracie. She made my morning trip home better! Also the caramel frappe and breakfast sandwich helped also.
They do not have any soap in bathrooms. When I alerted them about it they said oh were out sorry. Pretty dangerous with covid going on very unsanitary.To top it off when I was handed my drinks the barista put his finger on the hole that you drink out of... ?☠ Employees should wash hands after using the restroom. Someone needs to go buy some soap ASAP
It was so busy don't the guy took time to recommend and give us a Pup Cup! Our Pug was in heaven and he made our day!!

Good as other Starbucks locations, they have a fast service. It's not usually crowded when you drink inside.
I ordered 5 drinks from the app when I picked them up they failed to have them in a drink holder which was annoying to ask for. And they had no straws so they used these flat tops on all my drinks and they had little to NO whip cream and missing all the toppings like the cookie crumbs no sugar sprinkles and no caramel drizzle etc. VERY disappointing the girl said they had been out of straws for a long time I don't understand why they can't just order some more. Bad service with this experience.
Absolutely great customer service in the drive thru! Our drinks were perfect as well. Best Starbucks i have been to!
Extremely busy morning as the drive thru was packed, foot traffic jammed, and the espresso machines were down. Yet, as the crew relentlessly worked, like a crewship in an ocean storm, Courtney, at the front, very calmly, thoughtfully, and kindly delivered a pour-over grande coffee in the middle of all the madness! Thank you, Courtney - this cup is Perfect! ☕️♨️?
