About half the time when I order my usual, a couple of supersonic burritos, they get the order wrong. This time there were no tots, and no sausage, in either burrito.Also just as often, including today, the eggs can have tons of char on them, even black chunks of burnt food, from the cooking surface.At this point I don't care if it's fixed because it's just too risky to eat here anymore.

I placed an order for a large tea at 4:14 and didn’t end up getting it until 4:36 after going to the drive through for it. ?

4 Stars just because the they wait for a single order of burger and fries shouldnt be 30mins. Even at peak hours. However! The food was high quality. Much better than McD’s and BK

This Spring Branch location is the Best Sonic, always Super Hot and fresh. Staff very friendly.

This sonic really needs to either update their closing time or have a conversation with their night staff. I showed up to this location about 30 minutes before what Google and the Sonic website says is closing time, all the lights are off and all the staff are sitting in the parking lot around their cars on their phones.We pull in to a terminal and are trying to figure out if they are actually open or not when a very rude staff member comes to my car window. She says that this location has changed its close time to 11 and unless enough customers complain to Google and Sonic then they will continue to tell everyone the wrong information.So I guess this is my complaint. Either ensure your workers aren't closing down early and sitting around your parking lot chasing away your customers, or officially change your closing time to prevent this. Maybe also have a conversation about time card theft with your staff.Edit: Owners don't care about disrespectful staff and time card theft so maybe don't give them your money. Bad business practices...

The food was sub standard at this Sonic. I was very disappointed in the chili tots I ordered. The chili tasted old and thick like it had been sitting and had overheated. I'm hoping my next visit there is much improved!

I ordered a snickers blast, and my fiancé ordered a m&ms blast. They went out of their way to put m&ms in the bottom of one cup and put snickers on the top, and in the other cup they put snickers in the bottom and m&ms on top. They even came to the drive thru window laughing. Personally I don’t care, as I’ll eat whatever. But the disrespect was real.

When ice cream is 90% of your menu, I would suggest that you don't clean the ice cream machines at 9: 00pm when you close at 11: 00pm. Maybe try figuring out a cleaning schedule for you ice machine that would not prevent you from selling your main product. ?

I honestly think it's in the Sonic handbook to get orders close but not right. I know this but still chose to get a burger... I ordered a double patty got a single (I know I shouldn't have ordered two patties but it's my pants job to tell me that, not the Sonic). My burger was disturbingly cold in the center... now I get tons of veggies but I was so shocked by the temperature (or lack there of) that I didn't feel safe eating the burger. All in all... I gave the sad single patty to the dog.
