The staff were nice and the order was correct but there were no napkins, forks, or condiments.The drink was too watered down so we dumped it.I do understand that pretty much everyone is probably a college student but it would be nice if there was consistency.Overall, we'll be back when in San Marcos.
My coney did not taste right and the texture of the hotdog was extremely chewy. This was unsettling considering I also ordered food for my kids. When I took my fries out it was half full and no it didn’t fall in my bag. When I showed the young lady who brought it out she reluctantly took it back and filled it up. Skip this sonic don’t go there.
Not sure which sonic is worse, this one or the one on Aquarena springs. Every time I come here it take 30+ minutes for 2-3 drinks, even if you order online. I ordered food here today online and only did for the deal they have but yet the time is the exact if you go in person. They also need to advertise their chicken tenders better, and not advertise them looking like Whataburger when they come out looking like 2 Wendy’s nuggets together. Half the size of what they promote. Also workers need a better attitude. Burger dropped on the dirty parking area and I asked for another one, the girl really said “it’s just lettuce” that touched the road. I was in disbelief. I said “uhhh.. I guess” and she was like “okay! Are you sure??” Like HOW ARE YOU GONNA ASK IF I’M SURE WHEN YOU DIDN’T WANT TO GIVE ME A NEW ONE WHEN I ASKED?!
Very quick and close to campus for college students. Plenty of options. Love the cherry lime slush, add in strawberry!
Directions to the drive through were good, especially for being in San Marcos with all the construction going on, but there’s usually a lot of cars there, so with not having a lot of time for lunch, Mc Donald’s is right down the road!
Bad experience with a chicken sandwich, tasted like grease was old and had mushy tomatoes one tomatoe had the stem area on it and lettuce was brown. No onion rings available car hop handed me ketchup pks that were all sticky like honey was on them. Not a pleasant visit! Called mgr to car she offered me another sandwich no tomatoes or lettuce . Sorry my last visit!
Ordered 3 drinks an hour ahead on the app. Get there on the dot the time I ordered for and waited 13 minutes. Drinks didn't taste good and were over filled and spilled in my car. Understaffed.
This place is consistently slow no matter what time of day. I’m here at 10:40 AM and there is like 3 other cars here.Their stalls are also mad janky. 1/10 I do not recommend. This place stinks.
Sorry for sounding like a whole Karen but not sorry. I don’t know what Sonic was on today but first of all, we pressed the button and waited about 15 minutes until they finally answered. after waiting another 15 minutes for our food, everything literally tasted expired and disgusting. the fries tasted like they were left outside in the trash for 5 hours before serving it to us because they were so hard. I always get the chicken wrap but this time the wrap was horrendous. the tortilla was dry, they put not lettuce or tomatoes, and they put one dry and old piece of chicken in it. wouldn’t have ate it if it was for free
Prices have gone up.Not liking the whole cheeseburger only aspect on the order board. Otherwise the same burgers and drinks. They do their best when getting slammed at lunch rush, friendly and courtesious. Cherry limeade is the best!
