Nobody was up front, when they did take our order they messed up our order and didn't even put the full ingredients it came withon the order & had horrible customer service. On top of it all.
Terrible customer service. Waited to be waited on & the guy working definitely gets pd by the hour.Asked for our sandwich certain ways but didn't get it that way. I went back up to the counter to get the sandwich stuff right & I was not acknowledge & he went to the person to get their order. They ordered Cinnabons & he took his time with those & waited by the microwave, while still not seeing what I needed & my sandwich is now not warm.So we took the tomatoes off of the sandwich & finally got the extra olives that I asked for.Was my husband's first time eating at a schlotzkys terrible way to try to win him over.That the sandwich that just barely had olives on them.
I went through the drive thru, there was only a few cars in front of me and it didn't take very long to get my order. I ordered the French dip calzone, i, don't recommend getting it, it's not very good but my food was hot and fresh and the person that helped me at the window was very nice and professional. I have had other items from here and they were great. I will be returning to eat here again

It was a bit expensive but tasted good. Only 3 stars because the manger was pretty disrespectful my cashier, and that kind of thing doesn't sit well with me.
The sandwiches are really delicious. Also the soups too. ?
Great food, decent service. Due to the fact it's located in the outlet mall, it can get REALLY busy during mealtime. Plan appropriately.
I came to this location on my lunch break. I ordered a sandwich, and waited there for almost 45 minutes. It was to the point that I had to ask for a refund because I had to get back to work. And now I’m hungry. :/
