Service started good and then quickly went down. Apparently a party of 21 showed up and manager and waitress seem confused. So the whole time we felt rush and it appears that they wanted table to accommodate the large party.

Staff very friendly!!! My grandma loved her big seafood platter with her crab legs and lobster tail...I had some kind of fish.. fish and chips meal.. I would definitely not recommend that. It was awful I couldn't even eat it...I'm thankful I had biscuits to eat on..I probably won't be coming back.
The food was good but it didn't come out together. We got the fries for the fish and chips after we were done eating. Received one appetizer and the had to ask twice about the other appetizer. Kept being told of kitchen issues but didn't hear anyone else being told that
WOW!!! Red Lobster in San Marcos, TX just can't get it right! Online ordering should be simple bc it is written. I live 20 miles from the restaurant, ordered online, picked up my order, got home & realized they gave me a Ceasars salad when I ordered a house salad w/ Ranch dressing, and no sauces at all when I specifically requested extra tartar sauce for my meal. Huge issue for me!!!! I'm really sick of paying high prices for such mediocre customer service!!! I'd rather take my business next door to Chili's or hell, just cook it myself!!
Food was great wait staff was excellent unfortunately the guy we got didn't fit that criteria. Pretty sure this guy couldn't wait to tell us when there wasn't anything on the menu anymore.or ran out of something.dont expect to eat a steak anytime soon either. They apparently choose to say when they have or don't have steak available. For the price you'll pay don't even bother with this jackass my treat no having place
Staff was very nice and as always the food was amazing. I would have taken a photo of the food but I was too exciting to eat it. ? update... we went back today and it was still good. They seem a little under staffed but they did their best.Added food photos today.
Service was slow, but friendly. Our waitress was very attentative, she kept the Raspberry Lemonade pouring and it was delicious. I got the pick three from the sea for $15.99 special, it amounted to a salad a serving of cheese sticks and a entree. Here is where I went wrong, I only eat catfish, and it was not an Entree choice. So Im in a seafood place eating chicken strips, they were o k, and it came wuth 2 sides, my choices were baked potato and cole slaw. I should have not gotten greedy and cheap and just ordered the catfish, baked potato and salad. Cheddar biscuits were goooood, but I never got my butter. Fun day out with hubby and friends.
