This location seems to always be busy and have a drive thru line that is out in the streetWe decided to go inside rather than sit in the busy street at night and the inside was pretty crowded as well. Staff was very friendly and courteous, our order came out fast and correct.Food was good, only complaint is that the fries were cold (it was really late so didn't bother asking for more) other than that it was great and I would come back.

They are always quick to greet us when we walk in and take our order. I never have had a bad experience and I hope I never do. The drive thru is just as quick as ordering inside. They make the food pretty fast. The toast is just right. The fries are not to soggy and not too hard. The chicken can be requested extras fried if you want. If you do pick up to go I highly suggest you open the lids until you get home so the good doesn’t get soggy. I hate soggy wet feeling chicken.
Be prepared to wait, the line is always out to the street and blocking traffic when the college kids are in town. Prices are also up over 50% in the last year. I really hope staff is getting paid better and it isn't just corporate greed.

I wouldn’t expect a gourmet meal when coming here but this is a vary quick meal and a good if you want some thing on the go. The service I received, the wait time, and the food was all good. Good location if you want food on the go
WORST Experience I have ever had at a Canes. Got the wrong order, order took forever, had to call two times for them to bring the food out curbside, food was burnt and cooked in old oil, fries were cold and no flavor, drinks were hot, traffic to just get into the parking lot was ridiculous they need to get with traffic engineering and find a solution because there will be a major record and they can be liable for it because they do not manage their traffic better. Franchisee and management needs to be reviewed from top to bottom by corporate office to get this fixed. It's so bad not even their review website works. BUT their staff is friendly... But that doesn't help me with the quality of the food.
I was having a horrendous day last week so I decided I needed Canes. Your employee, Devon, was so kind and considerate of my feelings. After years of working in customer service myself, I recognize good quality work. He deserves a raise. Thanks for being a great restaurant.
This fast food restaurant is extremely busy which proofs the freshness of food.Their fresh lemon juice drink is delicious ?but their chicken is overcook ?.The restaurant should pay closely attention to and adjust the fryers temperature constsntly to ensure the quality of its fried chicken stripes.
