Totally bad experience: Pretty empty place when we visited on a Saturday evening, yet there was nobody to greet us, no signage as to “seat yourself” so we had to ask staff at the bar. Sat outside; a second party arrived about 10 minutes later… and neither tables were waited on. We went inside to request service; a few minutes later a staff member came out, took drink orders for OTHER tables, and did NOT even check on us. We left. The only pro was it’s pet-friendly, with available water bowls.
Underwhelmed completely. Came here from out of town thinking it would be a great, trendy place. The menu was not accurate, the catfish was to be SEVERAL catfish tenders and came out as one small filet and no tartar sauce in the restaurant! The server was not very informative of the lack of items or that it would take 25 minutes for our food to come, but just more drink refills. Several in my party were not happy with this blah establishment. I'd NEVER recommended this place. GET IT TOGETHER!
I’ve been coming to Railyard for awhile now, and Robert was their best bartender that have had in a long time. He was very skilled in making delicious drinks, and pays very close attention to everyone at the bar. Every time I come in now, there’s always this shorter guy or girl that seems like they must be brand new to bartending, because they seem to have no idea what they’re doing.
My husband and I recently went to this restaurant and we loved our meals! Our waitress Mia was fabulous and Professional!! We weren’t sure what to get as it was our first time at the restaurant and Mia’s recommendations were spot on!!
We went on a super slow night. The staff was pretty great. I brought my lab, and they came by and loved on him. They also brought him a puppuccino, which he was over the moon for. Definitely a fun cozy dinner
Insanely long wait times even though we were the only people there. Half of the food was cold and congealed to the styrofoam plates it was served on. We tried 5 different meals and we were all disappointed. Huge waste of time and money
SCAMMERS!!! Pay cash only if you come here. Days after I attended my card is being charged for a tip that I did not write. They make up their own tips and try to automatically take it out of your card. Drinks are nasty and have little to no alcohol in them. DO NOT COME HERE.
sad. used to love it. had a horrible experience. overcharged, no refills, hostess just flirted with the boys at the bar. never coming back.
Ended up having to order our food at the bar after waiting for a server who never showed up. Never got a refill. Fries are definitely frozen. Margs had to be virgin. But, the mozzarella balls were bomb. Also, had to cash ourselves out at the bar. Couldn't tell you who our server was, wouldn't know them if they slapped me in the face. Very disappointing visit.
As usual great food and our waiter, Colton was so nice .Will definitely be going back.
