Embarrassing! Hard to believe the ‘popcorn shrimp’ meal was so bad. And the chicken ‘tenders’ included were so dry they may have been made last week. The shrimp were so small they don’t qualify as popcorn size. I’ve never seen any that small. The meal box was stuffed with chunks of fried batter - see photos. Afterward I had to go somewhere else to get something for lunch that I could actually eat.
I ordered 2 shrimp tackle boxes and a beignet in the drive thru and was charged $22.05. I paid it, asked for a receipt. I was told they didn't have paper. When insisted on something, another lady came to the register and they produced a receipt for my order but the total was $15.14 and it didn't show my payment. No one came back to the window, so I left assuming all was well. When I looked at the receipt once I had drove away, I was furious! I can't believe I was cheated over my favorite chicken place. No customer should ever be cheated, this is a poor reflection of the management.
I usually love Popeyes, but this time I was very disappointed. I ordered the Shrimp Tackle Box. I know that food doesn't always look like the ad, but what I received wasn't even close. The picture showed huge shrimp. What I received were just a little bigger than popcorn shrimp.
Every piece of chicken was dry and shriveled. The biscuits were stale and hard. The red beans and rice were dried out. Nothing was good. Had I seen that I would have turned back. I will never go back there!
So just ordered from Popeyes and the employees are rude. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and got a old regular chicken sandwich, went back and asked if I could get the spicy one and they were being so rude about it like it was my fault. Will not go back there
If i could give them zero stars i would. Tried running in to let my daughter go potty not knowing the lobby was closed and the employee that wasn't working, just sitting down and texting walked away instead of letting us in when it was clearly an emergency. Denying a 4 year old a bathroom when she is clearly about to pee on herself is completely insane. I will not be eating here again.
DO NOT GO TO THIS POPEYES!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. The cooks are great. The manager I guess doesn’t know how to count to 3. When I went back for my third sandwich, I asked for a small Mac n cheese bc the one I ordered the first time was going to be cold by the time I got back to work. She tells me no she can only give me fries or a drink? So, not only do I have to Power` eat thru my 30 minute lunch from having to go back to this establishment, I don’t even get to eat the Mac n Cheese I ordered!! I will never be back to this ill-managed establishment!!
Very upset I just home not even 5 mins ago to try the Mac & Cheese everyone been hyping this up. Reg price 3.09 for 8pz cup not even halfway full. Called to speak to manager but phone just keeps on ringing like can I get a refund.
Okay first I'll start off with the fact that yall are always missing things or never have things available when I go. The staff always seems rushed and groggy. The staff are not my favorite but I do understand that customer service could be a pain...I wouldn't know but I see how people act lol. But I gave it 3 stars because the food is still great...at least some of it the shrimp is a scam. But the chicken slaps. Do take the time to check out my sandwich these people put an entire breast in my sandwich and thought they could get away with forgetting my fries. Seriously check out the picture and you'll see why I don't even care about the fries all is forgiven.
Very upsetting! I got the wrong pieces of chicken, what I did get the pieces were spicy and dry (did not order them spicy) spent a bunch of money and could not even eat them with my kids. I paid cash and they gave me no receipt to prove what I had bought, I thought it was in the bag. They also did not have cup holders for 3 drinks, I had to put two drinks on my seat dripping all over. Try calling 7 times without a single person to answer why do they even have a phone? I will not be going to Popeyes ever again!
