Honestly not sure what all the low reviews are about? I have had nothing but positive experiences with this place. All the employees are super nice. Everytime I order It's never been wrong not even once. Ray is exceptionally really nice and goes out of his way everytime. Hes a super awesome store manager and seems to really care. San Marcos is a college town and food can be sub par especially fast food. But this pizza hut location is on point. I have never had a bad experience yet.
I ordered sauce to be placed on top of my chicken and mushrooms. They cooked the pizza AND THEN placed COLD sauce on top of my pizzas. I had to come home and recook my pizzas.
Hot fresh pizza just the way I like it. Quick and ready for pick-up when I arrive. Inexpensively priced. And a Dallas Cowboy game on 3 big screen TVs.
I ordered on the app and chose curbside. I clicked I am here when I arrived at the restaurant. I sat there for 10 minutes, and no one came out. I had to go inside where the cashier was talking to her coworkers and there were only 2 people in the dining area. I told her I clicked on the email to tell her I was there and sat there for 10 minutes and no one came with my food. She did not say anything to me. Poor customer service~
My pizza was dry. It looked like it had been sitting there. It did not taste fresh. If I could I would give them no stars. I have ordered the re w before and it was nice and fresh. But this time it was trash.
Always the best Pizza and most friendly staff. Ray is such a nice guy. He always helps me to my car with my order as I am disabled. Makes you feel special. So happy to have a quality Pizza Hut in my community. Thanks Ray!
Orders need to be checked before drivers take them for delivery. Driver brought my pizza but not my 2 orders of wings. I called they said he would be right back with the wings it took 2hrs. Pizza hut is my favorite but 2hrs and I live 4 blocks away. Team work makes the dream work.
Well my food was delivered very fast, plus it wasn’t uncooked. It was still hot when it got to me. Everything was just great. The guy that delivered my food was very kind and wait before completely walking downstairs that I did open my door to get my food. And he greeted me before he continue downstairs to leave. Just really great service. Thanks!
I called in my order 30 minutes in advance before I had arrived to pick it up. It wasn't quit dinner time, so it wasn't busy at all. Yet, my pizzas still weren't ready, I had to wait about another 15 minutes there. I ordered 4 large pizzas, I spent more then I wanted. And when I asked for some crushed red pepper and parm cheese, they wanted to charge me another $2 for something they're suppose to provide. Looks like I'll be visiting Mr. Gattis more often now...
My wife and I wanted to treat ourselves, and we spent nearly $50 for undercooked, unseasoned food. We ordered a large stuffed crust and when it was delivered it was so doughy and literally no crisp. Super disappointing. Then, I went in for a breadstick but they forgot the seasoning lol. It was just..bread. Our wings were good but that was it. Pizza Hut was always a treat to me as a kid, and I still treat it like that so I am just super disappointed that with the money spent it wasn’t at all worth it.
