I got a chai it was so sweet I couldn’t drink it I asked if they could put more milk and they rudely told me that there was milk on the other side there was only an empty almond milk pitcher, the attitude of the person that was there was really bad.We love Panera bread we never had never experienced the staff being rude until now.
The entire sandwich (bacon egg and cheese) could easily fit in the palm of my hand, and was something I could have made at home for a fraction of the price. The coffee was nice, but not for the price.
Terrible, not at all panera levels of professionalism. The workers yelling about how they hate their job. The person who gave us attitude and shook their head as they left when we wanted to sit away from people so we could work. The food was cold when I got it, and the plum ginger tea was watered down to extreme levels, even my partner made a face. Honestly, you're better off saving your money and avoiding this location altogether.
I ordered the new chicken Thai salad. The flavors are good, but the chicken was almost non-existent—there was probably a heaping tablespoon of chicken. Feeling ripped off. I called the store; no offer of coupon or refund.
I waited over 30 minutes for the order with not so much as an apology from the staff. Staff was not very responsive. Then, the order was missing items. Corporate sent me an email apologizing, but it made me wonder how they knew it had been served so late. I wonder if the app listens in to my conversations?
I ordered pickup in store on the app. When received notification that my order was ready, I tried to go in but door was closed. Called them and made me go to the drive-thru which had a line, even when I saw an employee delivering to curbside. I received my flatbread cold and w/o napkins. Worst Panera shop ever
I understand that pictures presented on menus are not indicative of actual products, but come on Panera! You could certainly do better than this!\\n\\nWent by tonight and the \\\"Stacked Mac N Cheese\\\" looked delicious as I love the Panera Mac N cheese! I was seriously disappointed in this sandwich and recommend everyone steer clear of it. It is far from stacked! You'd get a sandwich with more Mac N cheese by getting 2 slices of bread and a side of the mac! True...there are other things in the sandwich, but...\\n\\nHere's pictures of what the sandwich is advertised as and what I got...should be self evident which one is which...
I come here many times a week and the food is usually good. They sometimes will forget certain things but they’re pretty nice when you let them know somethings missing. I have their coffee subscription and it never disappoints (free coffee (hot & cold) and free hot tea) Ordering in the morning and afternoon are the best times because they actually make it correct. I don’t recommend ordering coffee here after 3/4pm because they will mess it up and not care how they make it.. other than that, I recommend their duos ($5.99)they have some of the best tomato soup and baguettes!
Never again! My Tuna sandwich almost had Tuna on it. It was more like a leather and tomato sandwich with a spoon full of was supposed to be tuna although I could barely taste tuna. Barely chewable bread and you get a snack size bag of chips with it (way overpriced) plus a drink(the most enjoyable part) and I ordered a chocolate chip cookie which seemed more like just cookie dough. This was my first and last time to eat at this establishment.
dont waste 6 dollars on their half sandwiches.
