good American-Chinese fast food at a good price! the staff here is great! you can tell they're always trying even in the middle of lunch rushes! make sure to say thank you to the staff!
The girl at the window was super rude and when I asked if I could get some extra sauce, she interrupted me and said “there’s some in the bag” and shut the door in my face. When I got home, I didn’t get my rangoons or spring rolls and there wasn’t any soy sauce in the bag…
The drive thru was very slow, I waited about 45 min last night. They were only taking one car at a time and the line was backed up.
So, every single time we go through the drive thru at this location they get the order wrong. Not just a little but like bad. Today, we didn’t get the 4 spring rolls we paid for, they gave me orange chicken instead of honey sesame, and they put orange chicken in my wife’s bowl instead of Beijing Beef…how do you screw up an order that bad??? This location is perfect if you go inside but 100% of the time gets your order wrong in the drive thru.
Today, I ordered the broccoli and beef bowl. My daughter picked it up due to me being sick. I open the bowl it’s literally 4 small pieces of beef and the rice isn’t done it’s still hard. I tried call the store no answer. I know companies are short staff but, please stiff give people what they are paying for regardless. Ugh $9 down the drain.
Ordered a plate with double orange chicken and fried rice. Just got home and there is no chicken... not a single piece. Just fried rice. How do you even do that?
I order the same thing all the time only one time my order tastes burnt . If I would have called they would have replaced my order, I'm sure I love their sweet tea
Food is good if you like panada but drive thru struggles you get my order right more then once
I have eaten at a dozen different locations, the service at this location was really good and the food was the best I've gotten yet. High points for a tasty meal on the go.
Why have a phone number when you don’t answer it? Got an order to go for a large plate. There were literally three small pieces of beef with my beef and broccoli. I couldn’t even see the beef when I opened it. It was all broccoli. My other two sides were bigger but they put it on a tiny container so it was alot smaller. Waste of time and money. Wish I could tell the manager about it but they don’t answer the phone.
