This is my fifth visit in the last three months, and things are always the same. No matter what time the service is always so slow. We arrived and were seated quickly, and about five minutes later another couple is seated beside us. Their server came over got them their drinks, and bread all before our server came and met us. The food is consistently poor; all of the dishes lack flavor, and are occasionally cold. We've even been contacted by corporate to hear our complaints, and even at that, they've yet to return our email. I've haven't been this consistently disappointed since I was with my ex wife.
This place was such a disappointment. I ordered the endless salad, soup and breadsticks. My son and daughter-in-law ordered the shrimp Alfredo and chicken/shrimp Alfredo. The breadsticks were way too salty, the faggioli tasted like minestrone and the zupa Tuscana potatoes weren’t cooked, they were still crunchy. The salad was okay. Veggies were fresh.Other than the food….they sat us quickly, but we waited 15 minutes for ANYONE to take our drink order, we didn’t even get water. We had to ask someone to let our server know we didn’t order drinks yet. Then it took them another 15 minutes to bring us the drinks. After we got our drinks, they took our orders. The sad thing is that two other tables with more patrons, who both came in AFTER US, got tended to several times and our server stood by their tables to wait on them. I was constantly raising my hand and waving to her to get straws, water, a cover for the kids drinks etc. honestly worst service I’ve ever received at an Olive Garden.
I know it's a upscale restaurant for Italian food. But let me tell you . I was shocked how many people on Sunday will go eat out and tip 2 to 3 dollars on a 45 dollers ticket , and don't tell me it's bad service . It's bad customers . I do not work there it's just what I noticed while I was eating there .to the employees your doing a good job . To the patrons don't go out unless you can reward your servers . They only get paid 2.13/ hr.
Been to this location twice. Longest I've waited was 15 minutes. Staff is great and food was excellent. I took both my daughter and mom for their birthdays and staff definitely showed them some love. Would definitely go back.
Service was very good. Atmosphere was pleasant and our shrimp plates were very good.
Food was good and had enjoyable conversations with the people at the next table and 1 over. Very friendly environment and waitstaff was on point. The only reason I didn't give them 5 ? was the tea and lemonade was not good it was very weak like flavored water.
The service offered by our waiter(named King) was great. So very polite & attentive. Thank you
Continuously trying to support local restaurants and getting disappointed once again. Ordered 1 thing for my sick child 1/2 gallon of soup . And they gave me wrong kind of soup. Due to allergy not able to eat wrong soup. Trashed it. What a waste .. restaurants aren't failing because of the pandemic just poor quality service.
We were a party of 14 and two waitresses were assigned to us. We politely asked for refills of beverages over and over until 10 minutes later it was brought to us. Our food was either cold or overcooked to the point it was hard to chew. Manager said she would correct price overcharges but had a bad attitude about it. Of course we expect to pay for our food but we don't expect to pay for stuff we did not have. Worse waitresses, worst customer service, bathroom was unsanitary and food was not worth paying for.
We had our Thanksgiving Luncheon for our employees catered from here today. We purchased the Pasta Station & the Shrimp Scampi Pan with all of the sides & drinks. The order for our 10 employees was hot & ready right at our scheduled pick up time. The portions were generous & we even had plenty of leftovers. The food was delicious & the customer service was excellent. Thank you all so much for making our event go smoothly!
