It was clear whoever made the K dogs today didn’t know how to, they were given to us cold, after waiting for 25-30minutes. The cheese inside was solid and chewy like an old mozzarella stick. I was looking for yummy gooey cheesy goodness. Compared to my experience at the one in SA, this was subpar and I don’t foresee myself returning. Truly disappointing for spending well over $40

Went June 1st and the two girls working told us that the person who made the hot dogs was not there . Not sure why the rest of the staff is not trained to make the Kdogs. Tried again today and it was closed, without to mention that the staff was rude and not helpful the time we visited. This is unfortunate because the drinks are pretty good . The place has potential with the right staff and if it actually can stay open during business hours!

Honestly we really want to love this place, but the customer service can be so bad, and it has been bad the last couple of times we have come here. We've been supporting this business since it was a burrito place, and when it changed to mochinut we came often even though we live in Austin. The most recent time, the cashier working the front clearly did not want to be there, and we ordered one k-dog and it took 15 full minutes for it to be made. And when we went to ask the cashier when it would be ready they didn't even acknowledge someone standing right in front of them when there were literally no other customers inside the store...... Just a bummer when basic levels of customer service go down at these local spots. Edit: apparently there have been a bunch of reviews regarding bad service with no response from the owner. Hopefully they don't do the same with their other locations

Donuts are great if you stick to just those. Tried ordering food when only 2 other customers were present. Waited about 30 minutes in total and never got our order even after checking on it. The group of 6 that came in after us and got their food while we were waiting. It was pretty obvious none of the staff cared.

Have you ever had a Mochi Donut? It's a hybrid between a cake donut and Mochi, which is a Japanese rice cake that is chewy in texture. I recently got a 1/2 dozen ($16.50) from here and tried flavors such as:- Crème Brûlée- Matcha Strawberry- Tiramisu- Original- Cookies & Cream- ChurroI liked how distinct these individual flavors were and the chewy/dense texture made these very fun to eat. They rotate their flavors weekly, so you will usually find yourself trying something new each time.If you don't wanna drive down here, don't worry Mochinut will be opening up an Austin location very soon, so stay tuned for that!Overall, I give them an 4/5 for being great! Definitely worth checking out.Sincerely,@thehungrylonghorn from Instagram

Who better to write a review then a Cop! Yes, I live the stereo type and I'm nit ashamed. These donuts are like finding a unicorn, they are amazing! And they are less calories then other donuts...so no reason to not fall in love with these. Now, they are a little more expensive then an average donut, but one but and you will forget all about it. Now, be careful with the mocha donut, that powder can be messy, but it's still delicious. At least try one...you will be hooked!

The texture of the donuts are great! Of the flavors available the day when I stopped by, I liked choco churro and raspberry cheesecake more than the Thai tea and banana pudding.

These are so good!! They had a cocoa pebbles donut I had 3 of!!! Oh my gosh it was the best ever. I really hope it becomes a rotating flavor!! Love mochinut

The donuts are very pricey but the boba is very good. I tried the hot Cheeto hot dog thing and it was good aswell. This is the second time I’ve been and the staff forget half of my boba order, very frustrating

They have a better variety than their sister location - adding meat to the Rice Hotdogs. I added sugar to the original one, which made it more of a dessert to me. Hot Cheetos wasn't spicy, but good to try. The Red Velvet donut is yummy! Place is clean featuring a great photo op.
