Small place. Expensive. At least this last time the workers we're nice and helpful.First time I went with my younger daughter, it was horrible. The workers we're unpleasant and didn't interact with customers nor seemed interested in being there. They were also rude.
As diverse as San Marcos is with the college and all this is unbelievable. Me and my daughter..and my grand kids First walk in we felt unwanted because we were stared at by the employees as if we were not welcomed! Not only that we were watched the entire time until we checked out. I didn’t even get what I really wanted because “if I’m not wanted” I’m leaving immediately! I shouldn’t have even purchased anything. I will never go back to this location! This was a very horrible experience!
I was very disappointed that the 3 Yogurt places in Kyle never made it. I did trek on down to San Marcos to get my Froyo fix. The young lady working was very friendly and personable. She asked if I knew how it worked. I had joked if you had been on any other Yogurt shops, you know the drill. They had Cake Batter, which was amazing. I have been told at a few other places that was a "seasonal" item.I grab my cup, pour my yogurt and grab some toppings. They had way more toppings than many other yogurt places, which was amazing. As I get to the register, I expect "sticker shock" and was impressed that my Froyo fix did not break the bank.This place sells 32 oz tubs of Frozen Yogurt and they make cakes as well. This will definitely be a stop for me when I get the hankering for Froyo, not to mention the service was amazing.
Friendly staff, self-serve,sold by weight, good place to relax and Have some good Frozen yogurt with friends or family, highly recommend ?
Great yogurt spot!! We liked it, though they didn't have the flavors we were hoping for, the flavors that they did have were very good.

We have been going to Menchies for quite some time now. We love to go on Waffle Wednesdays. We went in last nite 12/15/21 when Mr. Paul was working and I must say that was the 1st time that we have experienced the BEST Customer Service here. We were greeted when we walked in, and the interaction we got from him was just AWESOME! He wasn't stuck on his phone or ignoring us and was happy to bring out more cherries when we asked instead of telling us we out, he also had waffles ready to go and stocked. We've been before on Wednesday and they told us they were out and machine was off so they couldn't make anymore. Online says they close at 10pm and that day of no waffles the girl said they closed at 9pm and we must have gotten there around 8ish and as we were there they were already shutting down and locking doors.. But it is what it was and that was the past and I just wanted to let everyone know that Mr. Paul was the BEST worker there since we've been and he was on his own last nite, other times there have been 2 girls working and NEVER got Customer service like his. So hope when we go back he will be working. Great job Mr. Paul!!
