Trash outside was overflowing. One person was cleaning tables, but apparently she waited until they were all dirty to start. Fries were lukewarm and tasted old. Staff is more interested in socializing than helping customers. I watched one lady leave after waiting in vain to be helped. We could hear staff talking and laughing in the back, but no one at the counter. No napkins, neither brought out with the food nor at the tables. The ketchup packets that were brought out were sticky and disgusting.
Unsure if this restaurant wants business.Drove up to the restaurant to place an order through drive thru. Was hesitant since it looked like it was closed due to all the lights being off. Checked online, stated they were open. Waited at the box to place an order for about 2 minutes. Nobody responded to take my order or inform me they were closed. When pulling around the restaurant to leave, they were handing out an order. Which confused me furthermore on if they were open or not. I then called to confirm, the person that answered the phone was hesitant to inform me they were open then continued to inform me they do not close until 10:50pm. Figured I would communicate some how to the owner on how the busines is being handled.
We went for breakfast and got home and noticed our sandwiches were not in the bag. Luckily we live close by so we went back to get them and the lady argued with us saying well there’s nothing that was left here so she’s going to have to charge us again! Basically saying we’re liars. I’m sure they accidentally gave it to someone else! And on top of that they don’t have the lobby open so you have to go back through the drive thru just to be told they’re not giving you any sandwiches! Absolutely terrible place!
Cashier doesn't knows how to listen and he doesn't knows how to do anything with numbers. He was slow and not to helpful. But, that's the way he was trained.
Super understaffed. Super busy. I got super hot food. Fresh friendly even though they are extremely stressed right now. These employees are awesome here.
The staff was rude at the first and second window.Had to wait 15+minutes for my food & once home realized I was missing food.Then I tried to call to have my missing items refunded & no one would answer the phone. I called 3 maybe 4 times and nothing.Terrible customer service.
This is the worst McD I have ever visited. We ordered from the driveway Chicken burgers the chicken was so dried out and they put so much mayonnaise on it so nasty. The fries were very cold. I remember not to long ago you could guarantee the food was going to be good. Not anymore.
Had to cut the entire outside of my biscuit because the crust was so hard the first bite cut the roof of my mouth. The hashbrown was warm but not fresh. Manager handed me my bags without asking what condiments I would like. Employees stand around talking and on their phones.
This location on 306 near 35...sigh. The staff is super friendly. I'm personally bothered that they opened one so close to me since my kids love it, lol...but I've managed to keep it a rare occasion breakfast thing. The hash browns though. Come on, guys. I even called about it once (after it happened twice) just to confirm that they're making them fresh in the morning. When we do go, it's just before 7 AM. Every. Single. Time. The hashbrowns taste like they were either leftover or that they're using old, nasty, super used up oil. Since they opened. A friend mentioned it as well, and even my kids said something...before I did. I should have reviewed earlier...hopefully this will get them to look into it. Great job with the friendly staff at this one though, McD!
Sorry folks, I know what you are getting at McDonald's. I judge my food experience as a whole. When you go to a restaurant (fast food ) included I would like to sit down at a table and enjoy my food. Folks, it was 930am and am sitting here in my car with my daughter eating.
