The worst McDonalds location we have ever visited. This location is obviously understaffed. We waited over 30 minutes in the drive-thru for our app order. None of the condiments requested in the app were included nor any napkins. The worst part of this experience was the undercooked, red meat patty in our Dbl Qtr Cheese. We were scared to get sick and tossed out the burger after noticing the potentially dangerous meat. This entire experience was horrific. This location should close or limit its hours until it is properly staffed.

Vacation in my Home town.And enjoy our Mexican food.You will see a difference in this type of food.Some restaurants try, but never come close..Come down, Relax to a Vacation.

I was in drive thru for almost 25 minutes at 5am!! The employee told me there were only 2 workers!!! Wow! Big company and only 2 employees! He was very apologetic

I was driving thru from San Antonio to Dallas and stopped by around 1 a.m. most of the food was good and hot but my McChicken sandwich was hard as a rock.

Like all McDonalds you get fast service, clean restrooms, and friendly counter service. You can still get inexpensive items along with some of the more pricey standard menu choices.

For now, everything is place a to go order at a kiosk, or through the app or drive-thru. I just bought some fries and apple slices for road trip snacks. The fries were actually hot, crispy, and not oversalted. Also, the lobby and restrooms were clean.

I used my MC Donald's app to place an order. I accidentally ordered the wrong kind of coffee and the lady at the drive thru was so nice and professional she offered to fix the coffee for me. Excellent service best service I have experienced at any MC Donald's. Thank you!

Gave me a cold cup of coffee asked for corporate phone number. This my 4th issue. But I told them. I'm gonna allow you the opportunity to fix it. I've been dealing with the different McDonald's for over 20 plus years. Hoping their service gets better. I know if you dont have good management you mot gonna have good service period. Cause you have to lead by EXAMPLE. Stop acting like someone's bothering you. Just cause they want serious. We pay for our item's and experience lack of service. I know it will get better and I'm not gonna give up on ya'll.

Sat in drive thru order window for 10 minutes without a response or greeting from anyone. Drove around to pick up window only for the employees to ignore me and my every attempt at some kind of acknowledgement....nope! They turned, looked at me and walked to the back never to be seen from again. Never will I go back to this location.

Past 2 weeks I been getting food here because it's on my way to work. As far of long wait times and mistakes go I don't mind I worked in fast food before so I know the struggle. My only complaint is every time I ordered here I can easily tell the oil hasn't been changed in days. Im tired of dark soggy nuggets.
