This location has gotten something wrong on four of my past five orders. The most recent being a missing hash brown. Sure, it’s not much of a deal. However, if you’re being paid to get these simple orders correct, then do it or find somewhere else to work. Maybe it’s poor management, maybe it’s lazy careless scum that won’t work for their earnings. Just do your job, and this wouldn’t be an issue.
I go there because my son loves the nuggets but everytime we go they get our order wrong and they are just plain rude. I've told the gm and the managers but all they do is say ok we'll take care of it and the same thing happens every time. Sad to say that I now go to the McDonald's in Buda because I don't want to deal with their horrible service
stopped in for breakfast, , was very impressed with the clean spacious modern location.. food was good at temperature.. enjoyed my caramel macchiati. friendly staff..
If I could rate this location lower...I WOULD!!!Food order is wrong half of the time, and cold the other half of the time! Service is always painfully slow and 9 out of 10 times late at they say they're "cash only".The final straw was this morning when I showed up to another driver sitting in the drive-thru saying "hello?" over and over again... he irately drove off without service. I SHOULD HAVE DONE THE SAME. Instead I waited at least ten minutes. No one answered or took my order! So I decided to drive around to the window and order there thinking something MUST be wrong with the headsets... there were two other cars sitting there... It took 13 more minutes for both those cars to get their orders before I could get to the window... they took my order (sausage egg and cheese biscuit) I looked at the receipt and they rang it up correctly.... as soon as I pull forward I look in the bag. They gave me a sausage McMuffin... and it somehow was both burnt and cold at the same time!!!! Given the fact that despite their sign says the lobby is open for service... I've been by multiple times of day/night and the door is always locked! I could either tolerate the substandard/wrong food again or deal with another 20+ minute ordeal to probably get the wrong substandard food again!!!I will never give this location my business again!
Or a double cheeseburger and ask for the cheese to be off the burger because my child does not like cheese and I didn't know you can order a double hamburger that don't have the cheese. I felt like when I said that upon ordering the employee should have said well you know we do have a double hamburger that doesn't come cheese. Would you like that. was never offered so when I got my burger and my son noticed there was cheese and didn't want to eat it so then when I call and ask for a manager she stated and you care order a double hamburger it doesn't come with cheese. So needless to say I felt like customer service was poor because when I ordered that the staff should have said you know we do have a double hamburger that doesn't come with cheese.
I've been here I'm the morning and late at night, both seem to have mostly good service. A few times out of the hundreds of times I've been here they've forgotten an item, but they are usually very nice about fixing any problem with your order. All restaurants have problems here and there, and you can't blame everything and eveyone for one mistake.The food, may not be the very best, but you must remember this is a fast food restaurant. I've had it delivered a few times and I have to say, other than the a few drivers taking forever to get to my house, the food was good.The wait may be a little long, but so are the lines, you can't expect to have your food right away if there are 20 other people waiting for their food too.
Worst Mcdonald's in town!!!! They are slow forget what you order and forget your order all together, happens all the time!! Will never go back to this location!! If i could give this location a negative star i would!!!! I had to go inside to look for my order and they still hadn't done it!!! Negative 5 stars!!
This McDonald's is not Favor friendly. Asked them to seal up the costumers bag with a sticker when I placed the order. They said ok they would. I received the food and it wasn't sealed for the costumer. The employee started to do it and the manager stopped her. And very rudly said we do not package up Favor orders and refused to. She said that's only for UBER and DOOR DASH.
Came by today at 10:17 on February 17 with 3 burritos and a sausage mcgriddle and coffee the lady didnt even give condiments no sugar or sauce in the bag i asked several times she had a. Attitude and kept shoeing us off.
My large mocha frappe was not full. My homestyle burger was not as pictured and much smaller.
