The Food is Amazing as Always!Customer Service is horrible.I was just here getting lunch and there are 2 young girls working. One is at the counter and the other one bringing the food to the table. Both of them seem like they don't want to be there. No emotion or smile. The one at the counter had no Customer service. I walked up and she rolled her eyes and had an attitude the whole time I was placing my order. The girl bringing the food to the table didn't ask if I needed anything else and when grabbing the number out of the stand she slammed the stand on the table and the stand was shaking back and forth so I grabbed It so it wouldn't fall. Usually they have an Amazing team but today thoes 2 were not friendly at all.
Most adult meals are are around $10 give or take. Sometimes very busy with wait times at peak hours.But otherwise very nice and quick in thier service.Though if you want a large amount of sandwiches 10+ it is best to do thier catering. Requires advance notice but it means your food will be ready just when you need it.
Loved the sandwich, it took a while to get the food and it was a bit messy. But it's understandable because there were maybe 3 or 4 people working, so I wouldn't take stars away for that. Maybe just the manager has to schedule more people
We placed an order for delivery through the McAlister’s app. After waiting 45-60 mins, we received a text message saying our order was canceled. We called McAlister’s and was told that our food was picked up by the delivery driver and should be on its way. After receiving another text message saying our order was cancelled we called again and were then told that our order was cancelled…no reason why. The store blamed the delivery service and took no action to replace our order. Take some ownership of your business…don’t just cancel the order and disregard your customer!

Food was good service was terrible rude cashier uninformed, when we ordered we were told no pizza no spuds okay we ordered something else other people come behind us and she gets them spuds which magically reappeared due to rude cashier we shall definitely not come back
I love McAlister's! The food is consistently fresh and the quality is always good. Best deli in San Marcos hands down.
I was a die hard McAlister's fan in the past and would frequent this location probably twice a week. Unfortunately they have gone downhill lately. Just picked up an order where my salad dressing was missing and my boyfriend didn't get any avocados on his garden fresh turkey. I probably won't be back. Things are never consistent and not that delicious anymore.
It's was ok not worth the price honestly.
Wanted a healthier and light dinner tonight and stumbled on Mcalister’s deli. I ordered the Savannah chopped salad as it just about jumped out in front of me. I went with my first instinct and ordered it. I was very happy with it. It looked awesome and tasted awesome. What a place!!
