GM Tony Lowden is outstanding. We had a luncheon party planned for 40 people at the San Marcos River, and Tony managed our order with such thoughtful attention to detail, consideration and care. He took time with me on the phone and by email to advise portions and ordering amount for the large number of people, entered all my custom specifications into the system perfectly and precisely, reassured me of its accuracy by sending me a pdf of the system order without me even asking him (because he knew I was concerned given the large order and all its specs)--and on top of it all, helped me choose based on promotional deals they were offering at the time to make it all more affordable (which also incentivized us to order more than enough food for the event.) We scheduled the order about a week in advance, and he cheerfully and promptly went back and forth with me over a few details and confirmations via email even when he wasn't on shift. Everyone loved the food--the pizzas were hot, tasty and made perfectly to the custom specs of the order, and the catering salads were a big hit. We can't recommend Tony highly enough, and he is such a credit to Marco's Pizza. Thank you Tony and Marco's Pizza for helping make our event a success!
The crew was helpful and friendly both times I went to their store. The pizza was azing both times too!
Ordered a half cheese / half pepperoni pizza this evening. The gentleman at the register gave great service, but the young lady cooking needs training.Half the pizza is burned, at least it was the half that didn't have any toppings, not even cheese. This is unacceptable service.
Just tried to order a pizza. Guy took 3 times to get the address right. then says I can’t find it your out of our zone..?♂️ I’m literally in walking distance. Papa Johns is on the way..Don’t waste your time with this place

I didn't get my order, I called in a 1 topping large pizza and a 2 topping large pizza for pick up,the guy told me my order was going to be $45.00 plus change with the tax. I've never heard of 2 pizzas being that much!! It's ridiculous to charge that much and I will never give them my business again. The guy on the phone was very nice and professional.
**No Delivery Drivers & Customer Feedback Form Link Doesn't Work** Been trying to order delivery online for over a week but it states delivery is not available online so I called them and the worker states they have no drivers and haven't been delivering for awhile. I asked him when they would start delivering again and he had no idea. I know there is a shortage of workers but having a pizza place you would think it would be critical to have drivers. Unfortunately I will have to order from their competitor. ?**Update** Response to owner: "Feedback form" link on Marco's customer service website does NOT work at this time... Could not complain nor leave feedback...
I ordered my pizza and it was delivered so fast and so fresh! Probably the best pizza and calzone I've ever had. I made several adjustments to my order, and it was perfect! Thanks for great HOT food! And fast delivery!
Ive always been a fan of marcos pizza. However after calling to find out the specials, because i couldnt find them online, a rude employee picked up the phone and said he didnt know and didnt want to get me someone who does know because they were busy.
