Absolutely unacceptable. Ordered a cake and paid $45 to pick up a cake for my husbands birthday four days in advance, received confirmation email and payment only to show up to the store at the time scheduled for picked up to see the location is shut down for remodel. If the location is not in working condition do not allow people to order and pay for an order. Then not have a customer service help line either. Extremely unprofessional service
They canceled my online order and refused a refund. I ordered 3 ice creams, they didn't have 1 flavor and decided not to make the rest of the order. Lazy and wrong.
I’ve tried to go there 3 times and google always says they are open but they never are! And their open times sign says the same thing as google! BOGUS

Delicious ice cream!However, they were not stocked at all. Also, worker seemed overworked and underpaid, or she was just very mean for no reason.
Ice cream is great,but customer service was terrible everyone was agitated like they didn't want to be there.
6:20 PM March 12th. Says open until 10 on the sign. Doors were locked and all chairs put up. Will not be back.
amazing. not sure why people rated it so badly. 6.79. huge cone and unlimited toppings. all home made. so good

Our family has stopped here a couple times. Lots of options, and everyone usually gets something that they are happy with.
