I ordered the slice n sticks pepperoni pizza online and when I Came in to get my order and I checked my food I saw that my pizza wasn’t even cut. Then I asked for marinara sauce after waiting five minutes for someone to come out front and then I had to wait another five minutes for her to tell me that they were out of marinara sauce which I thought marinara sauce was pizza sauce and didn’t understand why I couldn’t get pizza sauce in a cup. Which makes more sense later when I eat my pizza after cutting it myself I find out that there was no sauce on my pizza so I paid for a cheesy bread pizza with half pepperoni. this was not what I wanted if they were out of sauce they should let people know.
They never answer their phone. THIS IS THE 5TH TIME THEY GAVE US CRUSTY COLD AND OLD PIZZA. It doesn'tatter if you door dash or you do pick up they always try to give you the oldest pizza they have that looks disgusting. Like they've had it done for hours.
Tonight everything was fresh and so good. I got my order exactly how I ordered and nothing was left out when the door dasher arrived. I just want to thank the crew working tonight for the best service I've had at this location. Thank y'all.
Very nice staff.. and very accommodating sometimes.. I love their wings. I get buffalo sauce on them with added butter and sometimes they accommodate and sometimes they don't.. depends who is making them wether it's the cashier u ordered from or someone else helping out... Comms just isn't there sometimes which why I gave it 4 stars!! Pizza is never burnt and I get the extra most best pepperoni!!! Good job y'all!!
As long as you all your order in advance, this location rocks. It's always super busy there, but the staff is always polite, and the pizza is always perfect.
Pretty sure frozen pizza tastes better than this location and that's sad cause I love Little Caesars for a cheap fast dinner idea. :(
Thank you Bertha for making things right! Originally ordered the Stix and Slices that was not edible, but Bertha offered to remake it for us. ALWAYS ask to speak to a manager because the punk kid who answered the phone was mocking me and my annoyance with the quality of food. The difference was night and day.
It's cheap, fast, and hot. But it taste bad. Pizza and bread suck. Ranch taste sour.
Please clean the lobby. Dead flies in the drink fridge. The vent on the ceiling has an inch of dust on it. Other than that the pizza is good.
My food was ready on time and very delicious. It was made exactly to my specifications and made fresh. I give 5 stars! 10 if I could.
