Very disappointing. Ordered the cream cheese donut with cinnamon toast crunch on top. Donut was cold, and the toast crunch was leathery. I also ordered the "original glazed" coffee, which I had high hopes for, but it was not freshly made, did not taste great. They were very low on individual creamers, and there were no napkins in the napkin dispenser. They had two antibacterial hand sanitizer stations in the lobby, however, both of them were empty. Facility just seemed very run down.

This was my first time actually inside of Krispy Kreme, I've had the pre packed donuts from supermarkets before and those were good, but getting a fresh one seconds after it was glazed is an experience.
The best KK I found in Austin area, where I always find hot glazed doughnuts - all day long, not only early in the morning - and the team is friendly and helpful.
So fresh and delicious! It's my first time trying there coffee and it is strong even for decaf. Enjoyed this visit
Donuts were ok. I ordered a variety dozen. The icing was a little excess or heavy on the glazed donuts. Kinda had an after taste, like a manteca after taste.

Paid $40 for 3 dozen donuts and this is how one box looked. Pretty ridiculous they couldn't even take the time to stick a pretzel back in for the broom.
