Would give it a 0 if a could, I was refused service for wanting to dine in their outside tables, they told me they would not provide service outside… why have outdoor tables if you do not provide service… I told them them that I could wait inside for my order and take it out myself, the waitress got angry told me that they did not provide service outside and offered me the to go menu which only included drinks and some chicker tenders… again I explained that I would order in from the normal menu and take it out myself , they even have take away containers, which people were using to take their leftovers, the waitress did not agree and never took my order, so I left.Even if people have decided that there is no pandemic , when there is, if you have outdoor seating you could easily accomodate service.Horrible costumer service, so close minded waitress.
Totally unsatisfied! Ordered two burgers and milkshakes. Milkshake was served right away but we had to wait 25 minutes for two simple burgers that is cooked in a few minutes in any other fast food restaurant. After 25 min of waiting we were served ONE burger and had to wait another 5 min for second one…WHAT? Moreover, we found our $11 burgers to be the tiniest I’ve ever seen, just for three bites…advertised as 800 calories each but sounds like a BS!! I left hungry and not coming back. Totally disappointing place. Ah yeah, I don’t want to have my milkshake and wait 30 min for a meal, usually people eat sweet after the lunch, not during the wait!!!! Poor management.
Shopping at the Outlets in San Marcos - family got hungry - just wanted to sit outside and enjoy the weather while we eat. When I walked into the establishment of Johnnie’s Rockets and was advised that I could not order Hamburgers because it was not on the To Go Menu and could only order Chicken Tenders. I did explain that we did not want Chicken Tenders and wanted hamburgers, onion rings, and a drink. This was not an option and that if I came inside then I could order Hamburgers. The waitress also explained that they do not deliver outside to the tables, and we would have to come inside and get our order. That was perfectly fine, I would come in and get our order and sit outside and eat. The waitress had to get the mangers permission to take my order. This did not sit very well with me and felt like was being singled out and not being treated as an equal. I do not play the race card – I worked very hard to get to where I am today, and it does sadden me that type of behavior is allowed at a business that could offer so much more. Order was ready we picked up it up and went to eat peacefully outside with the family, minutes later I noticed the same waitress is delivering an order outside to a table when I was told they did not service the outside tables. Unbelievable! There is a lot to be said here and I will leave it at that. Spending $94.56 for this type of service, I could have gone somewhere else and most likely treated with more respect. There are many scenarios that could have taken place, but I could have gone back and asked for a refund of $94.56 – but I think word of mouth goes further & do believe we will not be visiting tis establishment in the near future

Would not recommend. The service was poor and we waited nearly a hour and a half to receive our food after ordering. Our milkshakes were already melted and the food was burned and dry. A few hours later, and now I have minor stomach pains. I've never had an experience like this in other locations. Just go to another restaurant.
Even though the restaurant is short staffed, we were treated with such friendly and respectful hosts! The food is fine too, given that it’s one of the only restaurants in northern part of premium outlets
Food was good, but a little pricy for me’ But they where busy! But only 1 waitress, but she was fast & good We are from Dallas Texas
Asian American here. Wasn't acknowledged by the host for 10 min. After waiting, the host finally came and tried to help somebody who came after me. Felt completely invisible.
They didn't give you very many vegetables for your hamburger for the price. But the onion rings were good. The waitress was just blah. No enthusiasm at all.
Way too slow. Empty tables and it still took over 30 minutes for chicken tender kids meal. Cheese fries had processed cheese not good. At least the kids liked their meal.
